Overall, my experience has been average so far. The townhomes are nice, and the community has potential. However, I'm disappointed to see that the price of an adjacent townhome has dropped to around $500,000 just two months after I purchased mine for approximately $550,000. A $50,000 price difference in such a short period is frustrating for a recent homebuyer. I understand that home prices and builder incentives can change, but such a significant reduction so soon after purchase makes it difficult to feel confident about the value of my investment. I wish there had been more consistent pricing or better consideration for buyers who purchased just a few months earlier. We were well taken care of throughout the entire process. Our construction manager, Grant *****, exhibited excellent technical and interpersonal skills throughout the building of our home. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the attic space as well as the rest of the house. He was prompt and professional in everything that he did. Dennis ***** provided us with excellent customer service and is still taking care of us. His advice is always on the mark and we appreciate his timely intervention with any issues.

The whole process went very smoothly. The team was very friendly and always answered my questions and helped me every step of the way. We're very happy with our home and the quality of the work. We would definitely recommend this builder.

Beazer and specifically Mr. Shawn have been amazing to us through the entire process, from answering our millons of questions to addressing any concerns we have. They are there throughout the entire process, including the warranty period after the closing date, the ensure we are happy and comfortable with our purchase. 5 stars every day, would always recommend!

Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions of your life, and Beazer made the entire journey remarkably smooth and well-organized. From the moment we signed the paperwork all the way through closing and beyond, every step felt thoughtfully orchestrated with genuine attention to detail. What truly set this experience apart were the people. Chad, my sales representative, is a standout professional. He was diligent, attentive, and made it clear from day one that my needs mattered. He was always available — before signing, after signing, and even now that I've moved in — consistently going above and beyond to help wherever he could. You rarely find that ***** of commitment after the deal is done. Patrick, the building supervisor, was equally impressive. Throughout the construction process he was supportive, accommodating, and responsive. Now that I've moved in, he continues to be prompt in addressing any issues that come up — which speaks volumes about the pride he takes in his work. The build quality has been excellent and Beazer was accommodating of most requests throughout the process. The one area I'd love to see improved is a wider selection of home finishing options — not a dealbreaker by any means, but more choices would be a welcome addition. I previously gave a 5 star rating on my homebuying experience, and now I'd like to add a 5 star rating on my post-move in experience so far as well. I've had some minor warranty issues but all have (or are currently) being addressed. I feel like they truly care about making the homeowner happy.

Lack of builder care or correction. They just want to build the homes, sell them and move on. Don't seem to care about actual owners satisfaction. Most everyone in the neighborhood feels the same.

Although my home has had quiet a bit of things that needed either repair or exchange, the beazer warranty and builder team have been very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.

The entire process from initial purchase to final move-in was seamless and well-managed. The build quality of our new home exceeded expectations, and the builder manager was exceptionally responsive, professional, and timely throughout the whole journey. Every promise made was kept. Highly recommended for future home buyers.

There were too many things to be fixed or taken care of.

The home building process was outlined by the builder and they followed it very closely. The house was built with quality structural materials. Value to the customer increased through the builders "design center concept" where trim quality is chosen by the buyer based on their budget. The construction team was easy to contact and work with through out the entire construction process. They have also been available after completion to make a few corrections. Beazer Homes has a robust after move-in warranty program and works closely with the buyer to correct the inevitable construction defects one finds after living in a new house. I gave a rating that is less than perfect because right after I submitted my review, response and action wasn't as great as before. The buying process was smooth and was being informed of the progress. The final walk through is too rushed. We missed more that a few things, here and there. We encountered a mishandling by the attorneys when closing. My overpayment wasn't returned until 2 weeks passed. Their form for the return was flawed. Make sure you read all the information they send (it's a lot) and ask lots of questions regarding the solar panels, the *****, the pest control, home insurance, the management of the A/C system, gardening, trash pick up, utilities, mail boxes etc. if you're new to Georgia. Everything with Beazer homes has been great so far. They have helped us and are very communicative. The only thing we haven’t liked is that there is no privacy fence for being the first home in the neighborhood and being close to the road and they haven’t helped us with that. But other than that it’s been good and the home has been great.

We were not looking for a new community. But were intrigued with the solar panels, mixed community of 55+, single family homes and townhome style homes. I wish we knew more about the overall community. That wasn't very clear. I see townhomes going up - is that Beazer too? How do we prevent too many people in our area? It's a new community. Everyone was welcoming. Shout out to the sales team, Heidi was helpful, David is great and Denis is very helpful. We appreciate how clean the community is during construction and it's a very well-run construction community.

Overall, everything that was promised, it was delivered. Just a few details that could be seen prior to the last inspection. The guy responsible for the walk-through talked too much, instead of looking into the details with us. Baezer has been very diligent in fixing small things that we request

The entire process was great, everything was smooth and they would always check in and let you know if any deadlines. The home is great quality build compared to others as I noticed while shopping around. Customer service has also been great. Bill and Rob are always checking in and making sure the issues were fixed properly and if anything else is needed. Nothing is perfect and any imperfections or issues we have found they have been quick to get someone out to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
