Sales process was great, the design center was wonderful, there were several hiccups during the build process, wrong layouts, materials, etc but all were resolved timely and the Beazer team was great to work with. Overall very happy with our purchase.

My husband and I bought our first home from Beazer during COVID. It was a simple and stress free process, and they were so kind and helpful! We were so impressed and so thankful. There were a couple very small things that needed to be fixed right when we moved in, and they did 90% of them immediately. Eventually, the response time and follow through dropped off, which was a bit of a bummer. But everything that needed to be done got done, and we love our home! We would recommend Beazer to anyone - good quality and good service!

As a first time homebuyer the process was smooth. The builder not only did two walk throughs but showed me how my home works and gave tips on how to maintain my new property. The home is beautiful and cost efficient.

From the initial showing to the signing of the contract, my buying experience was smooth and effortless. I love my new home and am looking forward to seeing the completed subdivision.

We had great experience from start to the finish. The builder, Manager and design home all experiences were amazing. We get to customized every single thing at the design studio and was amazed how it turned out to be. The builder was always in contact with us about the house. even now, if i have questions after moving in, he is right there to help me out. The staff and the builder go extra to help you out with anything at Bethesda Heights.

I liked how Beazer Homes hired competent and professional people to help with my home buying adventure. Everyone helped answer my questions, and the quality of the home was what I expected. Thank you.

Great experience with first time buying new construction

We are very pleased with many factors of our Beazer home. The finished design exceeds our expectations from our original ideas. Seeing the house come to life has been an exciting time for us, and we were very pleased with the total outcome from start to finish, this neighborhood have been safe secure and enjoyable living space thanks to Beazer Homes and company.

I don't know anything about the company, but my wife and I like our 100 townhouse community. Both our salesperson and the superintendent on our home were knowledgeable and caring; pleasant and competent.

I was very pleased with the Sales and Construction Teams. They are very helpful and quick to respond. Ancillary Services of HOA and closing attorneys office could use some process improvement. Getting assistance from the HOA company (may change with transition from Beazer) at times took continual prodding. The closing funding confirmation from the attorneys office took too long. Receiving keys was delayed an unreasonable amount of time due to the closing office process. I love the location, the amenities and how well the facilities are kept up.

Unit is very nice, but garage has ragged sheetrock & no baseboard, not even cheap vinyl. Intercom not working to my unit, causing to miss furniture delivery.

They made the decision a lot easier by pointing out certain amenities.

I'm a first time home buyer & bought my home at Cedar Township. Overall it was a good experience but there were some parts that were great. I would like to highlight the positives & recognize some of the staff who were amazing - Rusty & Laney!! They both deserve a 5/5. Beazer is so lucky to have them both. There were some things that still needed to be taken care of as of closing including a chipped & scatched countertop in the master bathroom. Bill was transferred to another community & I was in limbo & became nervous that things wouldn't be fixed before I move in. Laney introduced me to Rusty who made sure the countertop was replaced & each thing was fixed before I moved in. He made it easy & stress free for me. He has been & continues to be responsive, attentive, kind & makes sure things the work gets done which I really appreciate! Laney is really friendly & empathetic - she listens to your concerns & tries to help in any way she can. The wonderful thing about both Rusty & Laney is that they are still there when issues come up even after I closed on my home - this has been invaluable to me Warranty process could be improved - I am waiting on some things to get fixed through warranty & the responsiveness hasn't been great. I also contacted the HOA contact Kevon about several things & she only partially answers emails/dismisses concerns - edges on concrete slab next to patio are crumbling a month after I moved in & I was told "that just happens with new concrete" & that she won't be replacing the slab. I've asked her if sealing the decks is something HOA will cover in 3 different emails without a response ... More

Sales people were very helpful. Closing process was smooth.

Though there were some hiccups along the way up to closing, the managers and sales rep worked tirelessly and tried to work though the issues. They've got a great team. And they got better upgrade options than most other builders, and they offer almost detached townhomes, so that's great.

We're pleased with the process as well as our home. Would definitely go with a Beazer Home again. There are some things that we would change with the process, but overall we are more than satisfied with our choice. If you are looking for a new build, Beazer should definitely be in your list of options.
