Mistakes are covered up and ignored due to lack of attention to details. Vendors doesn’t treat the house as your home. The sales team was fabulous but overwhelmed with complaints bu still tried to be supportive. The building manager could not stay abreast of vendors building the house this mistakes, garbage and damage to the house. Such as water damages, materials and painting errors. Stay on top of what’s being done in your home.

After having Beazer build a home for my mother, we thought we could entrust Beazer with our next project. All started well and had a great sales person who went above and beyond to make our process enjoyable. The shortcomings of everyone else quickly tainted the wonderful job that JB had done up until that point. Beazer tried to push the close date of our house to meet their fiscal year closing. The down turn started when we showed up to our final inspection and walk through and encountered a house without appliances, missing toiler and wrong closet doors.... just to name a few. There was zero accountability from the construction supervisor, and it took us taking our issues up to VPs to get resolution. We are now dealing with warranty issues, but that department runs much better (did for my mom) and so far so good for us. ... More

From the start they always made sure I was happy with the process. I had an “AWESOME” experience and I LOVE my new home!!!!!!

Construction is not good. I seen few issues with flooring and kitchen cabinets. I heard lot of wind sound on windy days.

Not perfect work

The ability of the construction manager makes all the difference. We started out well and then got switched mid-stream. The last one was a real dud.

Quality

The drywall had patches where it was not sanded smooth prior to painting, The paint had in some places small imperfections where dirt or dust was trapped in paint roller. Caulking around corners of bathroom vanity and around other fixtures was haphazard, and looked rushed and unprofessional. The paint covering the wall was a light minimal coat, again, like rush a job to get it completed. Overall the home is nice, but I don't think there is quality built in. I would have preferred to wait a few more months to close on the house, and have a higher quality finish at the end.

Building process was very disorganized with many issues and mistakes.

There are definitely things I wish would have done with more quality, but the value I am getting is validated. For the price, the house is good. The drywall has some issues and the paint in the windows was poorly done. Since window treatments have been added, the impurities aren't visible. Overall, I am happy with the house, but I do wish more time would have been spent on the areas listed above.

Easy experience and great quality home

We bought a home that the builder built with no buyer. They chose all of the options and lot. While we love the floor plan and the options, the workers attention to detail is definitely lacking. Things like the bathroom lights not covering the holes in the wall, paint splattered all over our hardwood floor, nicks and dings everywhere. Stay on top of them!

cheap material, even cheaper labor, terrible follow up and communication, already look forward to the day I move out of this house.

We have been happy with our home buying experience with Beazer. We found their team to be very helpful and care about making sure our home was designed, built and completed as agreed.

Very happy with our new home purchase in Westfield. The staff has been great to work. Really like the location as well as the house we built. Only a few minor issues that have been resolved quickly.

Beazer did a great job, fixed any mistakes and Matt stayed in constant communication with us through the entire process of having our home built!

I loved building my home with Beazer from start to finish. They were right on the mark with the estimated finish dates. It was easy to select options at the design center and they walked you through the different levels of cost for each. Throughout the process I had weekly updates from the crew onsite as to what was happening with my house. At the end, as inspectors came in, each one kept commenting on the quality of Beazer homes. I love my house and it instantly felt like home.

1.) We purchased a wooded lot only to find out it is actually a swamp land swarming with mosquitos. I’ve brought it up to our supertendent and been told nothing can be done. 2.) Beazer should hire a new trim contractor. Our baseboards and shoe molding were very poorly installed. Our boards running up the sides of our basement stairs had gouges and nails hammered over sideways. 3.) It took 7 months from the time we signed our agreement until we moved in. We were told it would take 4-5 months. All the while we were seeing contractors working on spec homes down the street while our home sat idle. All-in-all a frustrating building experience. ... More

The Beazer Greenwich floor plan with a sunroom, loft and basement is a very nice plan. We love the layout and use of the space. The building process was a little challenging and took longer than anticipated due mainly to availability of skilled labor. As a result we had to move in without a yard or any exterior caulk or paint. Quality is average with a few issues we had to call to their attention, which they resolved, but you have to be there to catch these.

Moved in 2 months ago. everything has been great so far

I love my floorplan and home, but definitely would not recommend building when closing will fall near the end of their fiscal year (September) ... priority is given to their quota and the building process is rushed (and perhaps compromised) to meet it. Attention to detail of the finished product is sacrificed leaving the homeowner with a list of disappointments which are frustrating to try to get resolved.
