Incredibly poor craftsmanship and lack of ownership of the obvious problems

The staff comes off as helpful at first but when you discover major issues that’s when the disappearing act happens. We bought a spec home and moved from another state. The quality of the house is incredibly poor. Mud work of drywall is at a no skill level. They use matte paint to hide all the blemishes everywhere else. I have crooked floors and a crooked ceiling and still nothing resolved. I can go on forever and write a book of the this horrific experience and poorest craftsmanship. I’m at a point that I look forward for Beazer to step up to the plate and go beyond than what’s expected, but ...
