Will did a great job managing the home building process. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a builder with quality at a fair price.

Excellent Experience with Beazer Homes My experience with Beazer Homes was very pleasant. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and the quality of the finishes is excellent. The location is amazing, with everything conveniently nearby. Their team is always attentive to any detail or concern from buyers, which makes you feel well supported throughout the process. I would also like to highlight that their sales team is outstanding—very professional, responsive, and effective.

We purchased our home during the holidays and even with time off and days out of office the personnel was friendly courteous with our time and got us closed by year end. Beazer Homes is a great home builder to work with. Their homes are very well put together, and I felt confident going with them for my first starter home. They are known for being built with energy efficiency in mind, and I love their floor plans. Ronnie, the construction manager, was very informative, kept me up to date on the build process, and made sure everything was to our liking before we closed.

The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and clearly explained at every step. Communication was consistent, questions were answered quickly, and I always felt supported and informed. Everything moved along efficiently, and there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a straightforward and positive buying experience.

The builder and sales agent have been wonderful throughout the process of buying and fixing issues. They are available post closing too for addressing any questions.

Bryce has been absolutely great. Any issue that you have Bryce is on top of it and contacts you to make sure it has been resolved. Bryce even comes and checks on the issue himself to make sure your satisfied.

I would to say that we absolutely love our new Savannah home. Cindy was absolutely fabulous in explaining all the options on our new Savannah home. Cindy was patient, courteous, informative, and more than helpful during the buying and building process. Cindy answered all our questions in a timely fashion. David has been an absolute godsend. He has helped guide us thru the building process, explained all the inner workings of how all the features of our new home worked and how to maintain them. He also been been very responsive to any small issues we have had and taken care them in a timely fashion. He is truly a tremendous asset to Beazer and specifically Sunset Landing. Jamie kept us informed weekly about the construction progress. He answered any questions we had. David was there at my walk thru to explain everything and was very thorough. When I moved in, he always answers my call,and is right there to take care of the issue that I may be having at the time. He is aways very pleasant and courteous, and I am so glad he is around to help when help is needed.

From the moment we stepped into the office, Hassan displayed incredibly professionalism and confidence that made us feel completely comfortable and at ease. His presentation and representation of Beazer went above and beyond our expectations. We purchased a spec home therefore did not go through the build experience. The team was thorough in prepping the home and expedient in getting ready for a quick closing. The initial warranty rep was not as quick to respond to our issues. However, the replacement has been right on top of every item with contractors arriving within a week.

Buying a home is not easy. It is an answered prayer by our Almighty God. Praises be to Him. I would also like to thank the Beazer family and friends.
