I have no issues with customer service; Mark was very helpful, and the entire process was easy. He is always ready to assist and ensure I understand every detail.

The homebuying journey was exceptional from start to finish—transparent steps and outstanding service. Unfortunately, post-move-in customer care hasn't matched that high standard. Resolving warranty requests and getting timely responses for typical new-home issues has been a struggle. Clearer communication and faster follow-up after move-in would easily turn this into a 5-star builder.

My experience from the 1st time I saw the Taylor Home was a roller coaster due to the different people in the process. At the end of this ride I got the ***** wanted. Special Thank you to Lorelie, Henry and Mark!

The home was nice the only thing I have against it ,was noise Hearing the neighborsfootsteps like you leave in an apartment. If I am to do it again I wouldn't buy it . It wasn't the builders fault though.

Closed on my condo in Laurel in May 2026, and overall it’s been a smooth new-construction experience. Build quality has been solid throughout. Special thanks to Henry ***** and Mark *****, who were both incredibly responsive and thorough throughout the process — answering questions quickly and making sure everything was handled properly from contract to closing. As with any new build, still working through the usual settling-in items, but nothing that’s given us concern about overall quality. Happy to recommend Beazer to anyone looking for a well-designed, modern home in Howard County.

The garage is built too small and the builder is putting buildings on every parcel of land, so you are losing the esthetic's ***** of the community.

Midway through my purchasing process I experienced a very life changing event; the terminal illness and passing of my father. The Beazer Team, preferred lender, and settlement company all, compassionately, worked with me to make the process manageable. There were moments I wanted to walk away because of family obligations. Everyone was helpful in giving me time and grace to review emails/documents. We, and I say we knowing I couldn’t have done it without everyone, got it done in less than 30 days. Angela is a phenomenal agent in the community and the construction manager Bob was very helpful in explaining the features of the home/community.
