Ask questions before signing papers. What exactly is standard and not standard based on the model? Are appliances , fans, ... included?

This was frankly the worst home buying experience I could have imagined. Poor communication and illegal business practices including collusion with the lender to force me into a less than favorable loan. However, contractors Mark and Wayne were very nice to work with.

From start to finish Beazer kept me informed in the new build process. The on site builder: Wayne and Mark checked in on me after I moved in. That made this experience personal. About a month after I took ownership Amy reached out to me to ask how I was enjoying my home. I appreciated that follow up. Ensuring my happiness is very important to Beazer.

It is really good buying a home with Beazer. The staff especially Patti and Shari are very helpful and supportive. I still get help from them whenever it comes to maintaining my new home or any questions related to it.

The Ridge townhomes are well built based on professional mid-construction installations. Beazer employees were truly interested in helping purchase through design and build. They all were happy to teach me about the home’s design and energy saving features. This was as stress-free of a process as it could be. Very happy with this home and community!

Nice new homes with upgraded appliances. Good layout inside the homes. Overpriced condos for shared space. Overall community needs improvement with parking and needs improvement in buying process. Choose your own lender outside of the company. I recommend buyers do extensive research before you buy with Beazer.

Dawn, our sales agent was very helpful through the whole process. The contractor, John, explained most of the systems and helped with the few things that needed fixing. Joe has finished fixing what was needed. Over all, everything has gone smoothly.

Our experience purchasing our Beazer home was nothing short of exceptional. From our very first interaction with Liz and Nick in their sales department, we were guided with professionalism and care. Throughout the entire selection process with Nicole and later construction with Henry, every detail was handled very smoothly. When it came time for the final completion, Henry’s expertise and attention to detail truly shined. We always felt supported and reassured, knowing we were in the best hands every step of the way.

We have been in our new home about a month now. The timeline for the build was a little longer than anticipated but the home as a finished product is awesome. We have had a few hiccups with things like the oven not working 100%, and Beazer has jumped on each issue to make sure it was addressed and we were satisfied with their response time. Overall, it has been a great experience and a really nice home.

I purchased a new buikd townhome in The Ridge and the team at Beazer was terrific. Hats off especially to Patty and Mike who led the construction efforts. They kept me informed, followed-up, and had extremely high standards for the finish work and detail. The walk through was informative and well done and the final product was better than expected. We purchased our home from out of state so couldn’t come by often, however Nick proactively sent us updates, photos, and videos so we could keep up with the progress.
