We loved our NHC, Carson; as well as the GC that oversaw the build, Nick. We got weekly phone calls with updates and were always communicated with throughout the process. The follow up and communication on everything was great. Carson was always quick to respond to calls, and even text messages with any questions that we had. We were extremely happy with how the process went! Thanks Carson and Nick! :-)

Beazer builds a quality home. They have great customer service. The staff have been amazing through the entire experience. I’ve been in my home for over a month now, and from the start of the homebuying process up until now, the agents, the builder and the customer care reps have been exceptional and are always there for any concerns or issues that I have.

The experience as a whole was great. Fast closing, friendly staff and the post buying with Wayne has been wonderful. This is our first winter so noticing it’s a bit drafty in the downstairs than expected. Thinking of replacing screens with another window.

Excellent experience with Beazer Homes in Clarksville MD

Beazer takes the time to ensure that the home is built EXCEEDING mandatory building codes! Their homes are built to last, they make sure the little things like creaking floors and stairs are minimal if not completely eliminated. Unlike other builders I've walked through where the entire home creaks and pops as you walk around. I've walked through some where you hear every step from people upstairs. My home is so quiet that I don't hear people upstairs or my garage door open. Additionally, there is a lot you don't see or even think about; the home is so energy efficient which keeps utility bills low. Prior to drywall, I had a chance to walk through and noticed they had used silicone to seal between every external wall stud. I mean who ever thinks about the amount of energy loss that results from air seepage between the studs, even though they are nailed together. Imagine the entire exterior structure sealed at every crack and crevasse to prevent energy loss. Not too mention they walls where the showers are located are also insulated beyond code to ensure your shower isn't freezing when you get in on a cold morning. Bottom line is this... you get what you pay for!!!! and with Beazer you get a fantastic home for a great price!!! ... More

It is really good buying a home with Beazer. The staff especially Patti and Shari are very helpful and supportive. I still get help from them whenever it comes to maintaining my new home or any questions related to it.

Dawn, our sales agent was very helpful through the whole process. The contractor, John, explained most of the systems and helped with the few things that needed fixing. Joe has finished fixing what was needed. Over all, everything has gone smoothly.

My experience was easy and hassle free. I had a strong and experienced lender who got me a great deal and Beazer gave me lots of incentives! My home is beautiful and I am very happy, but I didn’t give you five stars because I can hear the lady above me walking across the floor a lot and I hear her slamming closet doors. However, I’m really grateful to have an opportunity to own a brand new home- thank you!

This is out first home and Matt and Tina were very patient with answering our questions upfront . The only thing i was a little upset on is the price negotiation piece where i didn't get to take advantage of Realtor credit. But apart from that everything else went smooth with weekly updates on where they are with construction and the closing was smooth too. Mike and Patty were very helpful till date with any questions regarding issues in house once we moved in. Overall good experience for a first time buyer.
