Everyone involved in the process, from the salesman to the warranty rep went above and beyond. Every step of the process was well communicated. The home is beautiful and well-built.

Overall, the experience has was fine. We are very pleased with our home that was delivered and the support provided by Vito post closing!

One man made our entire home-buying experience amazing. Vito. Vito could work at the DMV and make it feel warm and welcoming. He has fixed every problem we've had with our home and is always insistent that we call him if we have any issues. He's a great man and Beazer is lucky to have it.

It’s been an easy process from start to finish. From sales (Sara), construction supervisor (Troy) and customer care(Lorin), the folks at Beazer Homes have been great. After looking at hundreds of homes we came back to Beazer as pricing and quality of homes met all our parameters.

Colin, Mitch and Bill have stuck by us after the move in process. They have been extremely helpful in getting the small items we identify fixed up to our satisfaction.

Colin, the Beazer Sales Rep was the best. He kept us on top of each step thru the building process and sent us photos of the progress. He IS what made this a memorable experience. The not so good side is the title company. They were uncommunicative and well, I'll leave it at that. My only complain with Beazer is not allowing buyers to increase the depth of the garage. At least 3/4 of the homes in this subdivision have a pickup truck in the driveway because the garage is too shallow to park it inside and nearly every other homeowner I've spoken to agrees.

Russell, Vito and the whole Beazer Team were very responsive to our concerns. From the very start of purchasing to the finish, they all made us feel welcome and made the whole process less intimidating.

Our home Buying experience with Beazer has been amazing all the way through. We love our house and all the support that everyone at Beazer has given us since moving in. Greg Ricks has been amazing with any issues that we have had and he has been very thorough in getting them taken care of.

I’ve been trying to be patient but there are a few things that just haven’t sit right with me. First, we weren’t told that mailboxes wouldn’t be installed until a certain percentage of homes were built when we first signed the contract. We were told this after the house was built, causing us to scramble around and figure out how we were going to get our mail. Second, because of the mailbox situation, our address isn’t fully established, causing missed deliveries with packages, and causing friends and family to not even be able to locate our home using navigation other than Google maps. Third, and certainly the biggest issue, we have electrical problems. We have had 2 short circuits that caused all the power to go out in certain sections of the home. First was in the kitchen as we were cooking, and the second in the living room as we were vacuuming. By no means did we plug in more than the home can handle, this has not been an issue with any other home that I’ve lived in. Fourth, I’m sure this is related to the third, but we have issues with the AC and heater. The AC and heater upstairs and downstairs were working fine for the first month. I decided to change the thermostats to smart thermostats, and I made sure the AC and heater were working. Another month goes by, and now the AC nor the heater, both upstairs and downstairs, no longer turn on. I thought it might have been the thermostats that I installed, so I changed them back to the original thermostats. The AC and heater powered on for about a day with the original thermostats, but now they no longer power on. Yes, the wiring is correct after double and triple checking, and no, I didn’t damage any of the wiring nor thermostats as I was installing them. This is just the result of poor craftsmanship. Fifth, the light fixture in our primary bedroom’s bathroom is off center. Like extremely off center. We submitted a claim, had someone come out, and they said they would have to reschedule the repair, but the reschedule would be done by Beazer. After 2-3 weeks, this appointment has not been rescheduled. Sixth, the stair rail was loose. We submitted a claim, someone came out and tightened things up, but part of the stair rail requires to be repainted due to the repair. The repainting requires a second appointment, so after the stair rail appointment, we mentioned this to Beazer, and we still have yet to have the paint appointment be scheduled. Seventh, we were told we would either be mailed HOA information for payment, or at least receive a call, and neither has happened. We’re trying to remedy this situation now, but extremely frustrating nonetheless. Again, I tried being patient with some of these things, but it’s gotten the point of frustration. I will do what I can to prevent myself from being ‘that customer’, but if I have to be honest, this is just not what I was expecting of Beazer. ... More

From the time I purchased my Beazer home to the time it was finished the Beazer team of Dee Ann and Crystal were outstanding and kept me up to date as to the completion dates of my new home. The upgrades and furnishings were completely well done. As the home was almost completed, Ryan was the "man on the spot". I cannot say enough about Ryan and how he came to help me with my requests almost immediately. The walk through was thorough and informative. The Beazer team has been the best team I could’ve ever had the pleasure to purchase from. They’re professionals and really care about each home buyer. They reassure perfection and if anything wasn’t to liking they are quick to correct and make changes. Michelle and bill were fantastic. Marlo was a GEM to work with as well. I love my new home! It’s so such a great buying experience.

We had checked a Beazer community during a visit from California and were impressed with the quality and layout of a particular home model. When we heard a new development would be upcoming, we contacted the sales representative by phone and were able to secure a lot and the model we desired. By phone and online we were able to take care of required paperwork, submit for a mortgage loan and schedule a time convenient for us to return to choose our options. We traveled twice to see the progress and also received regular updates via email. We had regular correspondence from the mortgage company on the status of our application. The final product is fantastic! Love my new home. The buying process was typical though. Our house was delayed 3 months and while it was expected with all the supply problems, we were hardly notified. We were talked down to when we asked questions as if we should know the answer. Once we were able to move in, they seemed to wipe their hands clean and move on to the next house. I’ve put in a warranty request form for a number of items and after the first week and haven’t heard anything since. I’ve heard this same thing about other builders but was hoping Beazer would be more professional.

The house has 3 broken windows and a few things that need to be fixed, someone from the buider has been informed about and 3 weeks later no action has been taken.

Colin not only was extremely diligent in supplying answers to all my questions but he also was meticulous in documenting every pertinent detail for transparency. I appreciate that thoroughness as it prevents confusion. Susan and Maria from the Design Center have the patience of Jobe and the people skills necessary to successfully guide buyers through the process of equipping your future home i can't say enough about their contributions as I laboriously arrived at a conclusion. Mitch and Colin did a wonderful job of oversight and managing the construction. During final inspection Bill entered the picture and demonstratrd his vast experience and helped me identify items that warranted attention. I probably added a lot of extra features that i wanted that were not included but in the end i achieved my goal and as a result i have a home i am proud of. ... More
