I very much love my Beazer home. The home is well built and in a great neighborhood. Every time I had a question or concern during construction, Beazer Homes staff were there to answer my questions and address my concerns. It was great, and very much appreciated. They really go out of their way to make the experience a good one. A special thanks goes out to Linda, Loren, and Josh. I highly recommend Beazer Homes to anyone looking for a good home, reasonably priced.

Beazer's warranty department had to send most trades (eg. Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and etc) to resolve issues in the month since I moved into my new house.

The process from start to finish was very professional and organized. We received weekly updates with photographs during the building process and everything was on time as presented during the sales process. Any minor issue that came up along the way was handled immediately. Our sales team kept us updated as the process went on and gave us excellent preparation for the closing of the sale and everything along the way. The home is beautiful! I would strongly recommend Beazer to family and friends!

Starting off, the guys in the sales office (Russell and Jim) were and still are great. I cant say enough about them. On to the house, I feel for Javier. He's been great, returning calls/texts, answering questions and making sure problems are solved. That being said, I feel like Javier is being handcuffed by those he has to depend on (painter, plumber, etc.). It's frustrating (NOT BY JAVIER) that the plumbers or whoever are required to fix problems are only available during regular business hours. We just moved to the Las Vegas area and work regular hours. So when someone is needed to ...

Our experience with Beazer Homes and their representatives has been fantastic, especially Dave and Greg. They built our house faster than they anticipated, and we were able to move in with only one problem (our pendant lights were on backorder and therefore not installed). We recommend Beazer Homes.
