Melissa has gone out of her way to help us with any issues that have come up. She responds quickly and gets things scheduled quickly as well. She even went so far as to scrub a bathroom sink for us! Melissa has been professional and pleasant to work with. We never hesitate to ask for her opinion when something comes up.

I was able to find products and services that I needed with the help of Beasers representative. These things were very helpful as I just moved to Nevada and had no connections.

We our loving our new home. As with any new construction found some small issues that we needed fixed. Gricelda has been great at keeping us in the loop and scheduling repairs. Very easy to use Beazer warranty service on line to submit repair request.

We have now been in our new Beazer home for two months. We love our home so much. It started with a great home buying experience, Sarah D made communication so easy. She also came out to the house during the different stages of building so we could see it, so fun and exciting for us. Then, the walk through day came, and Vito was standing by our front door with a ‘Welvome Home’ sign ! Not only is it a great photo op, but a thoughtful touch by Beazer. Vito D walked us through every inch of our house , inside and outside. He gave us his number and said if we needed anything in the future to call or text him. He is true to his word, and very patient and helpful. We really appreciate Vito D. I have called for clarification on a few things, was even standing at the paint store and he immediately sent over my house colors! The guy at the paint store was flabbergasted that a builder would text right back like that, he said he usually emails the builders and it takes a few days. They don’t have Vito D! We really appreciate him, Beazer has a good guy there. Beazer builds a very good home, and we are grateful for ours. Thank you Sarah D and Vito D and Beazer!! ... More

Beazer is customer focused, all of their staff have consistently and patiently listened to my preferences, choices, and respected the decisions I have made about my purchase. They have been supportive and extremely helpful with their insights and recommendations. The floorpan choices are an excellent blending practical utility with common sense. When something needs to be fixed, Beazer fixes it. I am extremely pleased with my purchase, this is my 3rd Beazer home. All major components of the build are solid. Beazer does however need to improve the quality of their interior finish work, I was surprised at the number of "small repairs" that have had to be done after I moved into my home. Many, many thanks to Jim, Maria, Bob, and Bill for your support, patience and initiative in being there when I needed you and making this a very positive experience. This was my first time buying property and while I’m the kind of person that researches something EXTENSIVELY before I go out and try it, I still had a lot of nerves and anxiety with the process. Miss Tiffany is a huge part of the reason I can call myself a homeowner today. She explained things in a way that was incredibly helpful and had no problems going over it again if I asked. She was patient and thorough and that’s exactly what you want when making one of the most important decisions of your life. She did a wonderful job of selling the property and explaining how Beazer is different from the rest. From the insulation in the walls to the energy efficiency of the solar panels, she explained it all and definitely got me excited! It’s been almost two months since I moved in. I’ve come across a few small issues, but I’ve been addressing them gradually. Overall, I think things are going well so far.

My wife and I were looking for a new build house. I have always loved Beazer. When I got the notification that a new community was opening, I was so happy. We went to the grand opening of it and fell in love with the lot size, perfect as we have 4 dogs. We signed papers that day. That was in January, now in April we were pleasantly surprised to get told that they finished a head of schedule. We got to move in the last week of April and have been really happy ever since. Thank you to Billy, Liz, and David for making this happen. Thank you to Guild mortgage, especially Jay, he was on top of everything to make sure it was smooth and steady. ... More

Liz made it really easy to go through the process on securing the home we wanted. Gray was really helpful in helping us with learing all the insights of how the house works. Would definitely buy another home with Beazer!

Tony has been very responsive. overall satisfied with the workmanship of the house. We had issues of missing mailbox keys and they ended up resolving the issues.

Good experience so far, the house itself is beautiful! We love the build quality. We’ve had some issues with the solar panels activation but that’s not at all beazer’s fault! We love how efficient all the appliances are and how nice the AC is in heat of summer. Clearly does well with thermal efficiency and we love that.
