I was pleased with the adherence of schedule in building the house. All of the Beazer employees were friendly and helpful. I believe that the build quality and workmanship is well above average.

Beazer reps selling the houses need to be more educated on the houses they’re selling. Customer service could have been a lot better. Not the house that was originally promised at signing.

From the time We first saw the model home to the time we moved in to a new home. We were keep informed about every issue from the grand opening to the finale closing. Received pictures from the first ground breaking to the final touch ups. Over all Great experience.

When the builder could not build on time around Januarydue to COVID 19, the builder credited us $2,000.

Cory introduction of the new come was spot on. Cory was very helpful with the transition.

Price of home is very competitive. Home was built simply with lot of things not included like knobs for the cabinets but overall we love the house and the neighborhood.

Overall everything was perfect! The super always made sure everything was perfect if something small was wrong he still made sure they fixed it

They treated me like family they called to say welcome aboard they fixed everything that was damaged or missing after inspection. They were concerned and caring throughout the whole home buying process.

First off I love the house. There are some problems though our door to go into the garage one of the hinges has come off, and with the amount of money we paid for the house it’s slightly irritating the garage didn’t come repainted. Other than that I love the house so much

This is my second new home built by Beazer. We had a very good buying experience the first time. We have been happy with all aspects of the home buying experience ... up until the end. The interior, paint-related finish work was atrocious. Beazer did try to rectify the issues, and to a great extent did. However, to some degree, the damage was done. Do NOT pay Beazer for a premium paint. It is NOT worth it.
