Beazer Homes was wonderful to work with on our purchase, this is a second home for us and we made the purchase from out of state. The communication was excellent and anytime we had questions, we were able to get the answers in a timely and professional manner, thank you, Beazer!!

My wife and I have bought 6 homes since we've been married, but this is our first new construction. We had not anticipated the little things that go along with new home construction, but, thanks to the help from John (construction top dog)and Greg (customer service honcho), we're getting adjusted. 4 stars overall, but 5 stars each for John and Greg!

Very body was great, understanding to all my needs

I would NEVER recommend Beazer Homes. They are an absolutely awful company with the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I can't count the amount of times i was threatened with canceling my contract and loss of my deposit. We've been in the house a month and the path to the front door is already sinking and become very uneven. Do not buy from these people

Be sure to check the progress of the build of your new home. They forgot to notify me for the frame inspection. We could not make any changes if we wanted too, to late in the build.

From the moment my family and I met Tiffany we knew we were in the right place. Her knowledge, kindness and understand was beyond many experience we'd had with any other builder. She answered any and all questions and was there when any obstacle aroused. I can only say from my family that she made the decision to buy Beazer an easy one. And I don't want to leave out Carmine because he was as much apart of our decision as well. Thank you both for your kindness and friendship. The Johnson Family

We had a great experience with Beazer and their team members. They were quick and responsive throughout the process and made sure everything was done correctly. They have also been available after move in for any questions.

The process was smoth and quick, the house was ready on time and I didn’t have any problems or delate on the closing process

Make sure you look at ALL of the available upgrades BEFORE you purchase. I would buy from Beazer, again, they build a very solid, nice home.

My gate remote hasnt worked since it was given to me. My dishwasher leaked due to a bad seal. I dislike the HVAC system. Its either too cold or too hot. I can not control my environment. They should have put a ceiling fan in the livingroom due to the Las Vegas heat.

Beazer made it extremely easy to go through the process of buying a house. They made sure I fully understood everything that was going on and updated me as often as they could on the entire process

This was the best experience I’ve ever had. Friendly and informative staff, very knowledgeable and helpful.

We’d like to thank Colin and Dave for their knowledge/experience. Their eagerness to see that everything was done right! We were one of the first to use the design facility to pick out our options which was priceless for me personally as a visual person!! We have yet to get in contact with the “touch up” department. I think it’s Bill. For a few things but from the walk through I did with him, he was also on point as to perfecting the home for us. Thank you guys for everything!!

We are still having tile cracking in the kitchen but builder will take care of once the home settals.

The process was easy, the house is beautiful, and I’m excited to live in such a nice neighborhood!

Cory, was very professional, he walk us through every detail about the home, explained each and every appliances, gas, power, cable, plus very detailed on every aspect of the home. I have never been treated so we'll buying a home. Cory's attention to detail is very well noted as the best informational person in detailed information.

Love my new house, sales people and construction Forman as well as the quality control guy were all great and very friendly and helpful
