Really have no complaints. All of my concerns are addressed immediately by individuals that are knowledgeable and seem to want to help. Honestly, I’m happy I bought this house from Beazer.

From start to finish, our experience with Beazer Homes was smooth and positive. The entire process—from the initial purchase to move-in day—was well organized, and we always felt informed and supported along the way. The quality of our new home is excellent, and we truly feel that the design and features offer great value. Attention to detail is clear throughout the house, and it feels both solid and thoughtfully built. One small area for improvement is the interior wall paint. The white paint looks nice but tends to show marks easily and is a bit delicate when cleaning. While not a major issue, it’s something future homeowners may want to be aware of. The team was professional, responsive, and followed through on what they promised. Whenever we had questions, they addressed them quickly and made sure we understood each step of the process. The Beazer team at Sunterra were accommodating, helpful, inviting and overall made my buying experience an easy transition. Billy, Liz, Gricelda were all very attentive. Gricelda, the customer care representative, will continue to reach out to us to insure that we are happy or if any concerns were to arise. I love my Beazer home! From the very beginning, we had the opportunity to choose every detail from the corner lot to the smallest finishes like the bathroom tile. We opted for features that truly made our house feel like a beautiful nest to live in. Some of our favorite upgrades include the triple glass sliding door, a fully tiled bathroom, quartz countertops, vanity mirror lights, silver accent handles, blue wood cabinets, and upgraded flooring in the master bedroom. The yard is spacious, and the inside of the home is the perfect size for us. The entire home-buying process was incredibly smooth, and everyone we worked with was helpful and supportive. Very helpful quick and on time

Tiffany and Tony have been amazing people to work with. The home buying process went so well and every concern I had was addressed easily. If you’re looking to buy a home, Beazer is absolutely one of the best builders in the valley!

From planning through construction, I found the experience to be relatively trouble free. My only suggestions for improvement would be 1) Allow the builder incentive to be used without obligation to Beazer's preferred lenders and 2) Use solar components all of the same brand. The combination of Tesla, SPAN, and Qcell leads to a confusing mess of different apps and compatibility. The process of activating the solar system with NV Energy could be a lot easier.

All of my contact with Beazer Homes was exceptional, from the start of the sale, through the process and after completion. I must add the Leah, and Carl are outstanding, knowledgeable, and friendly representatives of Beazer Homes.
