I enjoyed dealing with Steve and DeeAnn. Steve kept me informed by sending pictures as the house was being built, that was a great surprise since I didn't come by often. Meeting with the construction foreman Dave was also a good experience, seeing the insude of your walls and him explaining the hows is very interesting. Greg is also a big help when it comes to those few things that need to be fixed but are overlooked on the walk through. Make sure to ask what color the standard faucet is And ask about what trees are being planted.

In 46 years of marriage this was our 17th move and we are quite satisfied with the quality and functionality of our Zion home plan. However when we contracted for the this purchase it was unfortunate that Beazer homes did not have a Zion model home at Burson Ranch for us to view or walk thru, we had to drive to North Las Vegas to see a model. Another downfall of Beazer Homes is that we were never supplied with or able to find a complete listing of available options for this model. The young salesman who handled our purchase, who is no longer with Beazer Homes, apparently did not have a good working knowledge of the product and product features available to potential buyers. Since occupying our home four weeks ago we are learning from our new neighbors of options we were never told of from the sales personnel. Sales office people were rude and disrespectful after we signed on . We were told very rudely that we were going to loose our house because we haven't had enough activity on the sale of our existing home . Designer Susan is unprofessional. Told me not to go way out with my color scheme because they might have to resell my home . Seriousl?. When we signed on we were told we would get a sign on option credit ,we choose to use it on 3rd car garage. In the end we paid for it. So unhappy. The only decent people are Dave the builder and Bill from customer care.

Good experience over all

My overall experience was standard. Get your paperwork in prior to closing and you are fine. There were some additional charges at closing that were we're not expecting so make sure to plan for that but that has nothing to do with Beazer. The Customer Service team that handles service repairs could improve by being more efficient in handling requests in a more timely manner.

We have not had any problems with our home and they keep contacting me to see if everything is going good.

My summit home by beazer is absolutely beautiful. The workmanship and care that goes into these homes is fantastic. I would highly recommend this builder to anyone interested in buying a home.

I am very pleased with my home buying experience. Christine, Rena, and Michelle were awesome people to work with and made the process very easy.

This is the second house we have purchased and by far the best experience. From the first moment till we closed on the house, Beazer and everyone working with the company was wonderful. Even now the rep Greg has been awesome to work with and both the sales reps that we dealt with while buying are home have been great!

Staff exceptionally professional and well experienced.

Five stars go to Carmine and Tiffany in the sales office because they are so customer service oriented and dedicated. Five stars also to Corey, the home inspector who is so helpful and meticulous, ensuring everything is complete with no deficiencies. Inexpensive blinds are included on all windows except the window at the entrance of the town home, overlooking the stairs. The glare coming from this uncovered window makes going up and down the stairs dangerous so we've added blinds there. Cliffs at Dover isn't quite 75% built yet so Beazer is controlling the HOA (there are three members on the Board, two are from Beazer). There are issues with the property management company, security and landscaping in the development. We've asked for copies of the budget, contracts and financials but have only received a copy of the budget so it's not clear what these companies have been contracted to do. Homeowners are wondering what their monthly fees are being spent on. Before Beazer hands off the development officially there will be repairs required to sidewalks, roads, etc. Homeowners need to be prepared to get involved in the HOA, before the project is complete. ... The entire new home sale process with Beazer was well run. The home was built ahead of schedule and with all options completed. Beazer personnel during the sale, build, walk-through and post move-in were friendly, informative and conscientious.

The salesperson helping me was knowledgeable and friendly. The building process went smoothly and my home was completed on time. Since I lived out-of-state, I really liked the texts Bill sent showing the progress being made on my home.

I moved into Breazer homes to have to experience of a brand new house! With this house I won’t be replacing the water heater, stove, refrigerator , and the smell of the recent owners. From start to finish this house was a great experience from picking out the tile, countertops and carpet! When I buy again I will definitely choose Breazer Homes!

It was a excellent buying experience for me.

The home is a standard designed community. Home is comfortable but very few (plan) options to make it unique to your personal needs. Marketing Reps are comfortable to work with, can get you information you request in a timely manner. The HOA paperwork Guidelines is not always complete requiring delay in getting approvals. Using recommended lender made that process go fast and smooth. So far a good community to be a part of.
