Everything went well for me. No complaints.

Misaligned 1st floor toilet. Had missing shutters. Pop out fell on my truck at 1 am in the morning. Ugly wall on backyard missing cinder blocks

We are retiring and bought our home at Burson Ranch through Joshua and could not be happier. Great Service, fantastic price, no hidden fees and completed ahead of schedule. Beazer helps make dreams come true.

Energy star effecient and floor plan is great. It is hard to find a 3 car garage in a single story house. Just make sure to ask which one is upgrade and which one is standsrd. Over all very happy with our purchase.

The staff were/are wonderful to work with and you can tell they truly care. A special shout out to Josh and Lorin for their help and dedication. Great experience.

I bought a home because of the price and the housing market. I was a first time home buyer and the price of this home was great. Features are great, my power bill is efficient.

Communication is key with any large purchase...Relax and Enjoy the process... Beazerhome stands by their product 110%. We could not have had a more experienced and knowledgeable builder. And the warranty department after our purchase is Amazing. My only regret is not buying sooner. You just can't go wrong with Beazerhome.

Having a guide walk me through the home was really an add to an excellent product. He explain every feature and innovation, including any maintenance. His presence during the walk thruway preferable to an excellent product manual you provided. The 2 bedroom townhome presented at 4542 Pencester St was move in ready in the best sense as every aspect was completed in a professional manner with eye on the details detailed. I appreciate the fire suppression systems coverage. The kitchen cabinet peninsula layout provides additional drawers and storage but they are a bit inadequate in width if you enjoy cooking. I don’t think adding a foot to the peninsula length would cause traffic problems but would allw approximately 6 inches to each of it’s storage cabinets. The laundry room is inadequate and I would have preferred a standard washer and dryer over the hall closet. I like my home but like anything else the owner will always note even the most frivolous items ... More

BETTER... KITCHEN & BATHROOM FIXTURES "MODERN" NOT. STANDARD " TILES. IS PERFECT, " NOT. LINOLEUM. " I BOUGHT THE HOUSE, NOT RENTING !!! MIXED BRICKS, NOT ALL PLASTERS AND CARDBOARD....... WOOD FLOORING RECOMMEND. ...NOT CARPET ALL OVER.. YARD NOT DONE...WHY???... ALL DIRT IN THIS YARD. WHERE ARE THE WINDOWS SHADES OR SHUTTER??? MASTER BATHROOM, WHERE IS THE BATHTUB??? MISSING DOORS IN MASTER BATHROOM TOO... EVERYTHING CHEAP MADE...

Excellent value for a great quality home. Their salesmen, customer service and builders team are very knowledgeable and helpful responding in timely manner. Will recommend this builder anytime.

We purchased our home from beazer after it had been built. We weren’t able to pick any details, so that was a downer but we have done a lot after the fact. Some issues have come up and we’re handled relatively quickly, reason for not five and contemplated a three. Our HVAC was not functioning properly and we weren’t given the treatment one would expect. We are hopeful we won’t have to deal with the issue again.

Overall we have had a positive experience purchasing our home. We are still awating fixes that have not been completed from our original inspection over 2 months ago

One could easily purchase a base model home and be completely satisfied. The options presented are not pushed by the sales team, but they are very knowledgeable in each of the packages available. We are very satisfied with the materials and craftsmanship utilized by Beezer homes. Their building team and supervisor communicated throughout the build process, educating us about the features of our new home as it was being constructed.

Construction seems sound with no visible defects plumbing is adequate with minor upgrades needed electrical is Fine so far all outlets seem operable. All appliances work dishwasher has a drying problem. Flooring And stair case are great with little or no noticeable defects. Garage and garage door opener works but will require a close eye and maintenance

Just moved to my new home, Beazer homes are amazing, you watch as is built, the whole process was easy and the final product has great quality, we are totally happy with our new place, Beazer made it buying a home a Pleasant experience.

We built our Beazer home from a distance of 1800 miles. This meant we had no choice but to depend on Beazer's customer service staff more, perhaps, than most. Each link in the chain, from the sales staff to the construction team, met and exceeded our expectations. A potentially stressful process was made worry free due to their skill and professionalism.
