They kept us informed about the progress of our house, answered all the questions and made the process stress free. Everything was handled on time. We had a wonderful experience buying from Beazer. Phil was great! He was upfront and honest about everything and got us all that we wanted in the house. The buying process was quick and painless. From the time we first toured the house to move in was about a month. There was a few warranty items that needed to be taken care of and Ashley got those fixed quick and easy. Overall great experience, we love our new house.

Easy to purchase, good value and many semi-custom options offered at reasonable prices. Flexible plans, savvy and kind agent, knowledgeable and caring superintendent took good care of all details. Walk through was pre-done by a great team many times to ensure no issues and easy warranty request handled with ease and a smile, all very timely. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I recently purchased a home through Beazer, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience from start to finish. When we first visited the neighborhood, we were immediately impressed by the community, but just as impressed by the sales agent, Katina. We visited late on a Sunday, right at closing time, yet Katina welcomed us warmly and gave us a very thorough tour. She took the time to highlight the build quality and craftsmanship, explained the community’s development plans in detail, and encouraged us to walk and visit during different times to see how we felt. Throughout the process, Katina’s communication was timely and consistent. She always followed through, even on small details mentioned in passing. Despite our frequent travel during this period, she kept us completely in the loop and meticulously walked us through design selections and plans line by line. Katina truly went above and beyond to make sure we were building our future with confidence. We also want to recognize Chris, our construction manager. He was full of joy and took pride in building and constructing the best house for us. During construction, he provided weekly updates and always made time to address our questions and concerns, no matter how small. He encouraged us to take photos and even suggested getting an independent inspections pre-drywall and prior to closing - a testament to his transparency, dedication, and confidence his his build quality. After completion, he went over every inspection item one by one, ensuring everything was addressed to our satisfaction. Even after move-in, Chris has continued to check in with us and provide support. As we’ve settled into our new home, Greg, the warranty director, has been equally wonderful. He reached out after our first month to ensure everything was going smoothly and encouraged us to report any issues, however minor. Greg is patient and thorough, helping us understand home maintenance tasks like filter changes and system care for the long term. He recommended recording videos for reference and has been available to us to answer questions and address issues. Overall, the entire Beazer team has been outstanding! Everyone has been responsive, transparent, and genuinely invested in our satisfaction. In the beginning, helping me find a house and help me go through the process of buying my first house, Harriet was my rock. Once I picked out my house, Tobi has been my new rock. While I have had very few problems, I know i can count on her to help me solve them. Such an amazing team!

This was the first time I ever built a home and while there are undoubtedly frustrations along the way, our experience was an overall success because of our construction manager, Josh. He was extremely professional, always followed-through on his word, and comports himself with the utmost integrity.

This is my family's 4th home and it's our best homebuying experience yet! And it's all thanks to Diana who made the process smooth from start to finish! She advocated for us in securing the property we wanted the most, she kept expectations and timelines clear, and communicated with us promptly. Diana, thank you so much! Our experience with the builder’s team was positive. They were professional, courteous, and willing to answer our questions. For the most part, they followed through on what they promised, and communication was timely. Any issues we raised were acknowledged and addressed within a reasonable timeframe. For potential home buyers, I would say that this builder delivers a reliable product and a generally good customer experience. As with any new build, it’s important to stay engaged, ask questions, and do walkthroughs carefully.
