I recently purchased a home from Beazer, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. The builder's team was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth. I highly recommend Beazer for anyone looking for quality and reliability in their home purchase. Ron from the construction team was amazing!!

We loved the non-conventional layout of our future home. Mark and Russell helped us in a a timely manner since then by answering every question we had. Beazer Homes helped with 5% of the base cost toward the closing costs. Vito and Ryan from the post-sale team were sharp and addressed all our questions and concerns. If you are looking for a new home, I recommend Beazer Homes as one of your top choices.

My builder Matt was beyond superb. I lived 45 minutes away while my home was being built. Matt was so awesome to send me pictures weekly, keep me updated on everything. And at the end of the finish line when we ran into a hiccup, Matt was the one that made sure my home was delivered as promised. Huge shout out to Shelly who was brought in at the end for her help and outstanding job.

Corbin did an excellent job after our move in of staying on top of the few things missed in our last walk through. He kept us appraised of scheduling of the repair work to be done.

The whole process to buy my home with Beazer was excellent! From the time I requested information about the property and even after the closing of our new home, the teams were there every week communicating updates and answering to the questions I had. Customer Service did a great job, pre and post closing as well. Well done Alex! Home buying experience was seamless and smooth. First time homebuyer, and they walk you through every step of the way. Even after moving in, they continue to be available for your needs and any questions you may have.

Overall experience was very good from the perspective of building a home 800 miles away! Great weekly communication from our builder. And pleased with end results. Now down here 6 weeks and still a lot of expected construction but very happy with the constant clean up on the streets and dumpsters so it is not so disruptive to day to day living while our new neighbors homes are being completed. Would have likes to have more detail on the contents of the landscape package we received and changes in floor plan of the Camden which left us missing things that were important to us. Unfortunately the turnover on the sales team left a lot of gaps! ... More

I bought a Beazer Home because I knew what kind of homes they build regarding their weatherization and air control. What I didn't know was how easy the process would be. They have a great staff that helped along the way. Marika met us at the property at almost 10 PM so that we could put our down payment on the home. James called every week and let us know where they were at in the construction process. John and Tom I knew previously and Tom even walked through the house with us and Jace when the time came. I was very appreciative of that. I have not had a single bad experience from the time we looked at the house until the time we moved in. Our home buying experience has been exceptional. We purchased a spec home. From contract to close everything was smooth and timely. The Beazer Team has been professional and delivered on their promises. We love our new home.

We only dealt with one sales person, so I cannot speak other than that, but she was overly assertive and more concerned about us selling our home when we needed up waiting on Beazer to actually finish the condo we were purchasing. Initially, the condo was ready in weeks time and turned out 3 months! Their promotion to use their lenders is probably not the best deal in the end, so be aware of that! Each time we visited the condo we had a contract on, we let our salesperson know of some problems we saw in the condo. None of them were addressed until our walk through when they were then put on a list to be completed for a final walk through a week and a half later. A fraction of items were actually completed. We had to close on the property as we were closing same day on our home. We were promised the list would be completed. Here we are 8 weeks later and we still have a long list. Some items on the list, sliding door glass scratched, unsightly construction debris stuck between sliding doors where you have to slam the door to lock it, a master window has a film on the inside of a pane, paint all over flooring, everything we measure is uneven, master door scrapes the carpet when closing (uneven), you have to slam front door to engage lock, return and AC vents are not flush on the wall, vanity mirrors are all scratched, storage unit door has soft close bracket on outside of door versus inside like all the others, chuncks of drywall were painted over, drywall that was repaired is still not repainted, a few areas of counter need to be caulked, pencil all over bathroom tile. Items that were completed on the list, a few cabinet drawers wouldn’t close were adjusted, chips on cabinets were touched up, corners of shoe molding touched up, grout touched up, dry wall touched up (still needs paint to complete), AC was not powerful enough for master bedroom, master closet and master bath - hopefully resolved, but Springtime will tell), fireplace tile was properly cleaned of whatever was stuck on it, Something else we have noticed, who ever designs where the electrical outlets will go, such dumb areas! For instance, on an adjacent wall to where a piece of furniture with a lamp would go, yet the outlet is on another wall. Kitchen outlets are halfway up the backsplash where the small appliances only block half of them. This is the 5th brand new home we have purchased in 28 years and by far was the worst finished product we have ever seen. I honestly don’t even recall ever having more than an item or two that needed to be completed before a closing let alone 8 weeks after closing! There appears to be no one overseeing the work being done from drywall installation through the finished product! This review would be a lot different if our condo issues would have been addressed immediately after closing versus where we are now! One manager told us our list was cosmetic, we never end asked for his visit!!! Just send the workers!!! There shouldn’t be any list at all if the work was done properly! Just finish your work, you have been PAID!!!! Lastly, I will say all the Beazer employees we have dealt with are very friendly on a personal basis (even the sales person), but that has nothing to do with what’s going here! The first person we met was Angie the sales agent and she was amazing. It made buying easy and no pressure. Our walk through with Chris was easy and enjoyable. My wife found many small items to fix and he listed each and every one with a smile and no negativity. They fixed everything before our closing and the condo looked great. The closing went really well, and we were in and out in no time. We told one of our X-neighbors about our experienced and they visited and bought the next day. They live one floor below us. Our neighbors are all so friendly as well. The units are very sound and quiet, and we were happy it was so soundproof. They pick up our trash at our door each night and that is really nice. ... More

Still dealing with issues after moving in over 4 weeks ago. Hopefully the final large issue will be resolved this week. Not a fan of this builder.

Quality Homes with caring staff.

Being a first time home buyer I was nervous and uncertain about the whole idea of owning a house. However, it was the best decision I could have made. Thanks to Beazer Homes I now own my first house. The whole experience has been a joy. The Beazer team has been great. Anytime I had a question or concern they were very helpful in a timely manner. I love my new house and will strongly recommend Beazer Homes to anyone out there looking to purchase a new home.

From start to finish and from 900 miles away the process was seemless and made easy from everyone at Beazer that was involved. Sales team and project manager were on top of things and addressed all concerns in a timely manner and always kept us informed. We are very pleased with the finished product

Best home buying experience. I was included and informed on ever step of the build. I love the transparency and of course this wouldn't be without the most amazing customer service team. A very personable and intelligent group of people. The full experience was a smooth and easy transition, would highly recommend.

Building your new home while living in another state is always a challenge. Elisa and Kyle made the process less stressful and seamless. I welcomed the weekly progress calls and photos. They were both very knowledgeable, reliable and professional during the entire process. Awesome job!

The experience from start to finish was amazing. The quality of the home is another level. The representatives for Beazer are very thorough and the communication was great.

We love our home but there were some things that were overlooked, rushed and sloppy. However, some of these have been attended to while others we are still waiting on someone to fix. Overall, however, the building was a great experience and we love our home and new community!

Wayne and Carson have been great. I think they should include the keys to the community center in with the house keys though.
