Introduction and subsequent showings; help and suggestions about the economic benefits of owning one of Beazer’s condos and price negotiations were all excellent. Our Realtor and Beazer’s Sales Representative, Angela, worked well together, and the incentives were adequate to influence our decision to buy. The initial and final walk-thru was very thorough, thanks to the Beaser staff that conducted it with us. After closing and moving in, there were several issues that had not been completed, and Beazer was not always prompt in resolving them. Fiber was not pulled through the building to each condominium, causing long delays in getting internet and TV service. Postal service was not initiated for weeks, with the post office accusing Beazer and Beazer representatives accusing the post office for the problems, necessitating many trips to pick up held-mail at the local post office located only a short distance away. The problem took approximately 7 or 8 weeks to resolve. The HOA Rep has become very responsive to our needs and in getting certain issues resolved. I was in the market for over 2years looking for a new build, then I found Beazer. I reached out and scheduled an appointment, it was like a dream come true, just what I wanted in my dream home. The builders are professional and very experienced. My walk through was excellent, on both occasions Bob was wonderful, he carefully showed me around and explained everything in the house in details. Thanks Bob for the wonderful experience, I will always choose Beazer.

Coming from a different state, I had lots of questions. The friendly staff was very informative and helpful in every way. There was no hesitation to answer all my questions or concerns.

Justin was and continues to provide me with great information and customer service. The on-site crew consisting of Marc, Mike and Cynthia are always available to listen to my concerns and make suggestions. I am very pleased with the overall construction of my home.

Our pre and post purchase experience has been very good. Laura and Scott provide weekly updates during construction and invited us to visit the construction site at any time. They even gave us hard hats! After move-in Jace has been easy to work with to resolve minor issues we identified. Overall this has been great!

Corbin made my first home buying purchase a breeze. He constantly stayed in contact even after I closed on the home

Hunter was exceptional throughout the process. He is very attentive and proactive when resolving issues and ensuring that tasks and projects are effectively completed. Even after my wife and I closed on the home, he was ever present in helping us fix minor issues that came up.

Mike and Patty were both very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire build process. I was able to visit the site many time during construction to see the process happen. I also had some minor changes in design that Mike and Patty were able to facilitate seamlessly. Overall, the experience was amazing, and there was very little stress to me as the buyer.

From looking at the model to completing our home, it was the best decision we ever made. Our home was ideal for us. We love it.

We only worked with Michelle and Micah. Overall the experience is good in that they are friendly, pleasant and easy to work with. But we strongly feel that we are short changed on the garage. We were never told that we will be getting a small garage.

I cannot say enough good things about my overall experience purchasing a home from Beazer Homes. From the outset, Michelle (sales representative) went "above and beyond" my expectations to make this beautiful home, my own. Additionally, Micah (site manager) exceeded my expectations in his attention to detail regarding any and all maintenance issues. I know from friends who have previously purchased homes from Beazer, and they all attest to the quality and craftmanship that Beazer provides. Overall, my whole experience has been excellent. What I like the most was the customer service experience. Shoutouts to Alex who helped me since the day I decide to purchase my dream home, and he answered all my questions that I have for the builder at the time of all walk throughs. Angela and Jody were both very helpful in the buying process. They have also been very helpful after the closing.
