Our buyer experience was amazing! We had our project manager switched about a month before closing and Phillip exceeded our expectations! He addressed every concern we had and has even called to check up on us and our home after closing!

The building process was stressful and time consuming. However, I was grateful for Greg and Ariane. Ariane helped put me in contact w a lender that got me a great rate. Greg is very responsive and is always willing to help when needed.

We were looking for a specific size lot to build our home and had difficulty finding a big enough lot for our size home. When we found Belle Mer , Jessica presented the remaining lots and one was exactly what we were looking for. Our experience was a 5 star rating from beginning to end. Jessica is the best and did a wonderful job keeping us informed with weekly updates and pictures of the building progress. If we had any questions or concerns, Jessica was available at any time. The building supervisor, Mike and Brandon were also helpful and available for us throughout the building process. From our pre construction meetings to the walk through and move in check list , they have been the ultimate professionals. Items that needed fixed were addressed in a timely matter and if they couldn’t be, they gave us a reasonable time frame to be fixed. The whole sales experience was handled professionally, and done in a timely fashion .

I decided to purchase my Beazer home at the tail end of the 1st phase. It's my first home and the salespeople were very kind and supportive throughout the entire process. The building process was smooth as I was given updates each week regarding any delays. Thankfully, I was able to close before my rate lock expired, and since moving in have had white glove hands-on experience with the construction and warranty teams. They've attended to all issues in a timely manner and have been willing to help on things that aren't technically they're "job" post-closing. I would highly recommend buying a Beazer home! ... More

We signed a contract when the new home was nearly complete, we moved in early this Fall, and it's a very good home. Our construction/building manager has been very responsive and very helpful toward all of our requests regarding fit & finish of our new home. Thank you!

Best experience I have had buying a home

The process of buying my first home with Beazer homes was a great experience. All the collaborators are very professional and friendly.

From start to finish, everyone was professional and very accommodating. During the buying process Brian and Marybeth were always available to answer any questions we had. Erin in the Design Center was very helpful and as we moved to the building phase, Chris kept us updated throughout each stage and was quick to address any concerns and/or questions. Kyler in warranty was very responsive and quick to address and resolve the few minor issues we had. Overall it was a very positive buying experience

I bought from Beazer last February to have a house built. They kept me posted weekly on my progress. Antar the sales rep and my realtor Kimmy did a excellent job of updating me on the progress. Shawn the construction supervisor went way above my expectations and has addressed all items I had questions about. I highly recommend Beazer.

I was welcomed when I first inquired about a property I was interested in By Cynthia. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was also introduced to to a gentleman named Shawn who was the Project Manager. They both made the home buying experience a happy decision for me. They answered any questions I had, and if they didn’t know the answer they found it with a timely manner.

We have had a positive experience with Beazer, from sales, to construction to warranty and post closing punch list. Beautiful home, all challenges addressed quickly and thoroughly. Greg and Carlis have been awesome to work with.

Our Beazer home buying experience went very smoothly. First with Jason in the sales department to visiting the design center where some selections were made to the actual build process with Matthew our superintendent. Our house was completed on time by the scheduled date. Overall everyone was great to work with and the overall experience was great

My wife and I bought our home preconstruction through Beazer and we could not have been happier with the service, attention to detail, and responsiveness throughout the process. In particular, Shawn - the construction manager - was fantastic and continues to help us with all our questions and every minor detail even now months after we moved in. Cynthia kept us informed throughout the construction and purchase, happily answering all our questions promptly. We are not first-time homebuyers, and we've handled major home renovations in the past, but this was by far the smoothest construction and purchase with the most attentive and courteous team. I would also like to recognize the folks you reach when calling the Beazer warranty department. They are so polite and helpful. I found everybody I have worked with at Beazer Homes just great. I love my new home!

Very happy with the home and community here. Warrantee issues were addressed quickly even with supplies in short supply. Coming up on the year next May and have about 4 pop outs in the master bath and a question around the lawn sprinkler. Other than that very happy with the location and quality.

Amber in sales was phenomenal in helping us keep tabs on the build and making us feel like we were right there! Beth also was helpful and informative on Ambers day off, they are an amazing one-two punch! Chris, on the builders side, went above and beyond getting our house together and was always pleasant and helpful!
