Customer Service fell off drastically the last 6 too 8 weeks before closing. The change of assignment to Beazer staff did not provide the Customer Service we expected. It also affected the quality of work on the home.

Sale person was very good to help me to understand what is going on with house and he tired. However, there were several issues with the house to fix and had hard time to fix couple issues that I had with house.

While the home buying process was easy the home itself could be better. A lot of cheap materials were used for a house at this price point. For instance the garage door is super flimsy, the faucets and light fixtures are cheap. For the amount of money to upgrade these items would not cost Beazer much money and would have made for a better experience and a happier customer. Everything shouldn't be an upgrade. My question is the products used the same stuff the leadership at Beazer has in their homes and would you want it in your home. I understand these aren't million dollar homes but they are also not $100,000 homes either. Do better! ... More

The lenders process was time consuming. Having a bidding war between 3-5 lenders. By the time they run your credit and turn all you information in to 3 different lenders. Having to wait and see who gives you the best numbers. They all want your service but my personal experience was bad. Focused on one lender and close to the end everything changed. False information just not good. So we used a different Lender also from Beazer didn’t meet the closing date ended up paying a lot more for fees. Just horrible.

Cabinets are not good quality. Appliances low quality. Sliders already show signs of wearing.

The Beazer final product and service is top tier. I am happy with the service from beginning to end and I am happy with Beazer final product. Everyone that I interface with was exceptionally professional. 10 out of 10.

Builder very communicative and helpful! I'm really happy with my purchase and with the builder overall.

Our home is beautiful, and the experience was mostly wonderful. I believe that the house was made solid, some of the finishing touches took awhile to get done and someone needs to teach a class on caulking, presentation, and clean up.

Phil, the project manager for my build is easy to work with and get ahold of. A couple things outside his control with the build occurred and he was quickly able to adjust and rectify things quickly. Would highly recommend him to others.

Our experience with Beazer went extremely well. A special thank you to Cathy who answered all of our questions during the process and always went above and beyond our expectations!!!! Keedron was also very helpful and always had answers for us as well. Any issues we had, they were tended to quickly. We would definitely recommend Beazer to family and friends. We were never blindsided by any additional fees, we were informed every step of the way.

Irina, Nino and Liam were good people and did everything they could to finish the house. I only have a concern with the bathroom tiles, the grout in the main bathroom is cracking. But in everything else I recommend Beazar Homes.

Dee was the best for our home buying experience. He made sure we were very comfortable and all of our needs were met properly. Any concerns we had D made sure to get them resolved immediately. He made this an awesome home buying experience. Thank you.

After visiting the Beazer home models, we couldn't stop thinking about the house for a whole week, and that is when we knew that this was our dream home. Jessica helped us from start to finish, making our dream become reality. One of the things we loved most about Beazer Homes was the quantity of houses we were getting for our money. Beazer offers many structural change items at no additional cost and a whole house fan fresh air system, including little things we didn't know about until our final walkthrough. Such as dimmer light switches on all the lights, Sensor light switches in bathrooms and pantries, and zoning on the AC so it can be run both upstairs and downstairs simultaneously or just downstairs/upstairs as needed. Loved the whole experience. John was great at giving us all the details. Joe guided us through our walkthrough and all the intricacies of the house and has continued to assist us with everything we need. Maria is a wonderful resource assisting us with any repairs or concerns.

As with anything else, issues will arise ..this is understandable..these have been addressed and corrected in a timely manner..I had confidence with this builder since this is my second home from this builder in 26 years..Beazer does a great job and Beazer's customer service gets a 5 star rating from this happy homeowner..

Abe and Joe have been great to work with. Very pleasant and dependable. Unfortunately the customer service team has created the opposite feeling. We have had issues, some even minor, as part of the original punch list that have yet been addressed nor can we get status or update. And we have to keep reminding and explaining issues to customer service team. There have been many occasions where email or texts asking for a status or updates go unanswered and get not response. Our two customer care reps keep throwing each other under the bus and do not communicate well with each other. As a result, repairs either do not get completed or have to be submitted more than one time. ... More

Jeff, Mike and Patti were the best. Very friendly, respectful, responsive, and extremely helpful. We love the home.

The esthetics of the home are beautiful, but the structure is terrible. I live on bottom two floors of condo. Despite assurances of exceeding sound barrier standards, there is no protection from every movement of your upstairs neighbors and their children. It sounds like Godzilla constantly over my head. Invest in better sound blocking next time. PLEASE.

My experience in buying my " 1st Home" went so well and all due to Theresa. Just when I thought I was dead in the water she went into " beast mode" and kept on looking until she found me a lender that suited me. Theresa is real good at her job and I would definitely recommend her to other potential home buyers.

Our experience buying from Beazer was great! Above and beyond service, our seller went out of his way to ensure that our situation was taken care of with everyone involved in the process to meet timelines while we were transitioning out of the military 9 hours away.

I love my home and am so glad that I chose Beazer. However, make sure they have fixed and/or replaced all of the items on your final walkthrough list before you proceed to closing. Otherwise, you might be like me waiting 3+ months for them to make those fixes.

Our salesperson was wonderful. We have been in our house for over 30 days and things still are not fixed. We have a switch issue with garage lights, incorrect tile in the middle of the bathroom floor, black silt fence is half falling down (our home is the only home with the silt on our side of the street, the grass is 12 inches high between our fence and the silt) and the back of our home looks trashy. It appears Beazer is more worried about meeting their quota for the month on new sales and forgot about those who have purchased our home and promised to correct items. I feel our corrections are minor and could be finished in a matter of hours. ... More
