Our experience was pleasant; from the showing of the house to closing it was all a seamless process. Our Beazer home is so beautiful and spacious, built with quality in mind and we’re soaking in every moment of being in our new home. We’ve also had the pleasure of enjoying the support of the builder and sales agent in ensuring we settle in nicely and comfortably!

They have great choices of houses to choose from. The garage built could be made a little bigger. The one I got is a bit small. 1 or 2 feet extra would be better. The worst part of the house we bought is the HOA property management chosen by Beazer to manage the property, If we knew how bad the property mgmt is, we probably would not have bought the house. No one told us which company manages the property and the HOA until after we closed on the house.

Overall I have had a very good home buying experience with Beazer. Harry my Sales Rep was very responsive during the buying/closing process. Robert my builder addressed concerns before we closed. He has been great even after closing making sure every question I have had is answered. Everyone has been very fast to respond and take care of any questions or concerns.

Our overall home buying experience has been great since we decided to have Beazer build us a new home. From the agent in the sales office in the model to the builder himself and the team that work with him, they have all been great to work with. They want to make sure you are happy and go the extra mile to make sure of that. We had them in our home a few times after we moved in to finish some things up that were outstanding. Now that everything is complete and we are getting all settled in the home, we are super happy with the entire experience and love our home. We are so glad that we chose Beazer to build our home. I have avoided doing this review because my experience with buying my home had a few bad experiences for me. Although I love the final product there were several things the sales person neglected to inform me about. The two major items were the lot he put me on and the designer upgrades he did not explain in full detail. It made me feel that because I was a female he felt he could get things past me, which he did. I would appreciate that my review not be published. Thank you.

I can't say enough good things. You can tell everybody on this team is passionate about what they do. I love my house and the process was so easy I couldn't believe it.

New to Arizona and after spending alot of time looking at new and used homes my wife and I found Beazer Homes. We looked at several Beazer homes, liked them all. We made our decision and bought our new home. With the help of Janine, Shawn and Fiorella our home buying experience went extremely well! They are an asset to your company.

Staff followed through with every detail to make the purchasing and move in process as smooth as possible.

My experience was a success.

when we came the first time to see the model home one thing, the mention was the quality of finishing. was superior from other companies. but when we moved, we found out a lot of issues. the first issue was the AC was not cooling enough need to rum almost 24/7, second issue was a leak in the ceiling not to mention this house id two storage units. the third issue was cool air coming out of the walls also some hosebit outside is clogged. and other minus issue.

Our builder Paul was excellent and was always accessible and willing to walk us through what would be going on each week. He really was a godsend. Would buy with Beazer again

It was a pleasure working with Hunter and having him as our construction manager. As first time home buyers my husband and I felt like we were in great hands with his knowledge and expertise. Hunter was very professional and took the time to explain each step of the home building process, answering all our questions and addressing any concerns. We truly appreciated the weekly progress updates he would provide and if there were any issues he was very diligent and on top of it to resolve them.

The entire build process was a failure. The upgrades we selected were missed from start to finish. I found the majority of the issues and felt like I had to inspect the house daily because Beazer did not have controls in place to manage the contractors. Everyone was nice. Plenty of apologies and rework. But it was six months of frustration and disappointment. We wanted to be excited about the build of our new home, but that wasn’t possible.

I have found the experience frustrating. I was rushed to close and had issuers that needed to be fixed and addressed that I am still dealing with. I have to call repeatedly to get a response. When we met I got reassured things would be addressed and fixed but it’s been 11 days and I have heard nothing. I do not feel comfortable so far. Maybe it will improve but I would not close until things are done right.

Liz from the Sales team was great and a special shoutout to Henry from the construction side. He is always available for any questions or concerns and walked me through every little part of my new home in detail. Great team.

Joe did an outstanding job building my home. He communicated each step of the way, listened and acted on my concerns, was a friendly and calming face when adversity or delays occurred, and overall awesome to work with. My home building experience would have been different if it weren't for Joe.

One of the positives with Beazer Homes, out of many is the options of different floor plans and upgrades available to suit your budget. We love our new home and the Wildcat Ranch Community. I would definitely recommend Beazer Homes for potential home buyers.

We had a great experience using beazer as our first new build for our family. The timing of completion was right on schedule. We loved the great communication from Dawn throughout the entire build. The rest of the construction team, Gabe, Scott, and Mike were all on top of updates, features, and we're available for any questions and concerns during the build. Keep up the good work.
