It was a nightmare not was ready when they said I moved in and was a lot of issues with the house been here almost two months and stil all the issues from where we first walk the house are still pending and when they come to try to fix they said is normal is a new home and already has too many issues

Christie and Susan were extremely kind and professional throughout this entire process. They kept me up to date with each step and make the process seamless. I had a very positive experience with them and will ensure that I recommend them to friends and family. D was an amazing project manager. He communicated with me throughout the process and made sure that I had everything that I needed. Whenever I had an issue, he was always super responsive and made me enjoy my experience even more.

Everyone was so easy to work with and very helpful at every stage of the process! They are very detailed and thorough in the work and so helpful with questions even after we had closed on the house. High quality builders.

My husband and I were looking for a house in Tennessee and came across a quick sale home in the Waverley community located in Mount Juliet. The house is exactly what we were looking for. Their sales team was extremely helpful with getting us in contact with some of their lenders, one of whom we decided to go with who is able to help us close on our house in just over two weeks. Chris and Mike from Beazer met me to do the walk-through before closing and were extremely friendly and helpful then and are still a pleasure to work with to this day, almost three months after closing. I'm a first time home buyer & bought my home at Cedar Township. Overall it was a good experience but there were some parts that were great. I would like to highlight the positives & recognize some of the staff who were amazing - Rusty & Laney!! They both deserve a 5/5. Beazer is so lucky to have them both. There were some things that still needed to be taken care of as of closing including a chipped & scatched countertop in the master bathroom. Bill was transferred to another community & I was in limbo & became nervous that things wouldn't be fixed before I move in. Laney introduced me to Rusty who made sure the countertop was replaced & each thing was fixed before I moved in. He made it easy & stress free for me. He has been & continues to be responsive, attentive, kind & makes sure things the work gets done which I really appreciate! Laney is really friendly & empathetic - she listens to your concerns & tries to help in any way she can. The wonderful thing about both Rusty & Laney is that they are still there when issues come up even after I closed on my home - this has been invaluable to me Warranty process could be improved - I am waiting on some things to get fixed through warranty & the responsiveness hasn't been great. I also contacted the HOA contact Kevon about several things & she only partially answers emails/dismisses concerns - edges on concrete slab next to patio are crumbling a month after I moved in & I was told "that just happens with new concrete" & that she won't be replacing the slab. I've asked her if sealing the decks is something HOA will cover in 3 different emails without a response ... More

We bought the condo because its new construction and in a good location, but it's not worth it to experience poor service and construction workmanship! First, the sale person Alej was only nice before contract signed, then he continued "threating" me that if i terminate the contract, I will loose my earnest money! There were leaks on the ceiling and uneven patches on the drywalls that were supposed to be done but since assigned project manager was out for personal leaves for 1 1/2 week, I have to wait until he gets back because no one at Beazer Homes takes over the responsibility. Two weeks after we closed, the leaks on the ceiling happens again in the same area. Obviously, they didn't check & repair on the issue the first time, just patched up the damage area. At this point, they still giving me the running around when it can be done. The excuse was they need to get permit from the City of Houston office to go up on the roof. by the 2nd week, i filed a claim with the Warranty Service (3rd party) and got a call from the manager. He then told me, it's the building interior problem, they don't need permit to from the city. Beside the leaks problem, the walls and doors are painted badly, strokes were uneven. The paints in the hallway was also awful. Very poor workmanship for a $390,000-$550,000 price! ... More

Mike took really good care of us, especially as we were moving here from our of state and had questions about the area etc. The first house we walked into was the one we purchased. We filled out paperwork that day to secure our home. Highly recommend Beazer Homes!

Purchasing my new home from Beazer was a great experience. Their craftsmanship is great and customer service is exceptional.

I'd like to thank the team at Beazer Homes, especially the head builder, as he paid very close attention to minor flaws that were found in the condo during the initial walk through. He ensured that everything would be fixed, and there was a quick turnaround, specifically with the touch up in painting up the stairwell. Thanks again for the wonderful service!

Builder and their team are very knowledgeable and helpful in our closing process. They did closing in time as they promised. Very accommodating with our request to get our new home ready, Since it was model home .

Excellent insulation and very confortable environment. However, I suggest to expand the smaller bedrooms to at least 12x12

The construction process was completed in fairly good tine with good communication throughout. However, the sales team is not aware of all details which result in surprises later on. If anything from the design studio turned out different, you have yo fight to get that addressed. If beazer provides a workaround, no compensation or discount is offered. Team is good, but can do with a lot more transparency.

Starting with MA Ewing, could not have had a more knowledgeable and considerate realtor! She is invested personally in each potential buyer ! Beazers walk through and construction staff were honest and thorough in finalizing items that required finishing! I’m ecstatic with my new home! Thank you!

Very impressed with model and other homes builder did. Our was pushed up a month to meet quarterly numbers and we feel very much this contributed to a lower quality build. So many items from framing to drywall have bad defects that are not being repaired by builder.

Beazer was very good throughout the buying process. As a buyer, there is a lot of paperwork. Make sure to get it all of it and stay on top of it. Document any issues and bring to beazer’s attention asap.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Beazer. We have a beautifully built home but just as important is our experience from start to finish. We are so pleased with everything and everyone. They’ve been proactive, responsive and have great follow up. We highly recommend Beazer!

We have loved working with Dan to make sure our home has been perfect. From the start and 2 months later, Dan has been so helpful in making sure everything has met our satisfaction. I love knowing if we see him in the community, he always has time to answer any questions and is very helpful and responsive!
