The Beazer Team and Mortgage Officer I worked with were wonderful and my final walkthrough was wonderful.

We honestly couldn’t have made a better choice than going with Beazer Homes for our new place. The quality of the home is amazing, but what really made the difference was Fernando—he made the whole process so easy and treated us with such great care. We’re beyond happy with our new home and so grateful to the builder for making this such a wonderful experience.

The purchasing process was easier than I could have ever imagined. They have great options lined up for financing that really get you the best deal out there. The team followed up throughout the process but not in a pushy manner like some. Walk through process gives you a great piece of mind. Knowing and seeing that the team really cared about every little thing was something you don’t see anymore in this industry. I would recommend this team and neighborhood to anyone out there looking!

John in sales was fantastic, he was super helpful, patient, and never made us feel rushed. He really took the time to explain everything and make sure we felt comfortable with every step. Garrett, our construction manager, deserves special recognition. He was incredible, always on top of things, quick to answer questions, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our home was perfect. His professionalism and care really gave us confidence throughout and after the build. Maria in warranty has also been great. They were great to work with when my life was chaotic. They stood by the promises they made and provided a high quality product for my home. The finishes are lovely and high quality and I love that they continue to show up and are available with questions or concerns- their customer service truly makes them unique in the home builder arena.

Both the sales person and construction manager answered my questions and got back to me in a timely fashion.

We have been in the home for almost two months. The home is great. There were some issues after we closed but they were all quickly resolved. Truly appreciate the team and love the home.

My experience was straightforward while looking at the home models. Tracy was very helpful with the purchase of my new home, and the project management team was great at addressing any concerns I had and taking care of them as soon as possible.

We are into the 3rd month of our ownership. I can say that we are (still) very satisfied with our decision to have gone with a Beazer home. The house insulation kept our home at a constant 75F most of the summer days without A/C. When the A/C is running, it is whisper quiet. If there is a critique for Beazer, I wish they would expand to the central part of the country, so that my extended family and friends could also experience the quality homes that we are blessed with here in NorCal. For anyone who understands buying a house is more than dishing out money after a pig (model home) with lipstick (interior decorations), there really isn't any other track home builders offering a better balance of quality and value than Beazer. ... As a first time homebuyer we had a lot of questions and fear but Arista Beazer Homes team were quick and very helpful to us. We chose the quick move in ready home and was able to close right on time. We love the floor plan, the size of the house and the backyard. They also respond in a timely manner. I am very happy with my new Beazer home. The staff are so helpful even after purchase to make sure everything is how it’s supposed to be. Pretty sure other companies don’t give you someone to text after you purchase a home to talk to about any questions. If you are looking for a nice community and great people, definitely look at Beazer.

Hello, My wife and I have an amazing and positive experience with Beazer Homes and their sales/construction team. Cathy, Manny and Jay are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They made the home buying process very seamless and any concerns we had were addressed in a timely and professional manner.

My wife and I were looking for homes for 2 weeks and our realtor showed use approximately 50+ homes, resales and new. Finally we were introduced to Beazer Homes in Estrella Mountain Ranch. What they had to offer was very appealing to our needs. The craftsmanship and quality of the home exceeded our expectations. What really made up our mines was the air handling system that cleans contaminates out of the air while also helping with cooling the air and this intern helps the airconditioning. Also the home is well insulated to help keep it cool in the summers. Amber W. was our point of contact and she did a great job and was very knowledgeable about the home and products. We were able to see a home on May 31 and move in on June 27. The Beazer team helped us with every aspect and made themselves available for 2 window measuring visits before move in. Thank you Kim and Parker!

My overall experience with Beazernot bad. The sales people on the other hand, need more training and honesty, integrity and loyalty ! The design center the young lady I had was not knowledgeable on a lot of things that were discontinued or no longer offered ! over all experience pretty good.
