We worked with a very knowledgeable on Beazer homes she has sold us 2. Also worked with Jace. He also helped with several issues. Great team and great experience.

Didn’t like how they used white caulk everywhere, especially outside on brown brick.

We fell in love with the plan, the builder, the sales office and follow post moving in!

I especially enjoyed the ability to visit multiple times and ask questions pertaining to the building process and technical aspects of the various interior appliances. I continue to adjust to the different heating and tankless systems; the team has been very responsive to all questions and concerns. I suggest placing a light above the bathroom mirror in the second bathroom as it is difficult to apply facial makeup without this lighting. I have also added towel bars and towel rings to both bathrooms for convenience. It would be convenient to have a wider driveway as it is difficult to fit a truck and a car at the same time. ... More

The maintenance staff was incredible in making sure our home was meeting our needs. GREAT disappointment in that we have been here for 2 months and still do not have a mailbox or working address. I have to fly from Georgia to Seattle to pick up my W-2 forms and tax information. That is a $1,000 out of my pocket. In addition due to the lack of a working address it has been a nightmare trying to get items delivered. In addition, if there was an emergency, I do not have an address that allows 911 to respond to any emergency. There has been no offer of compensation for our hassle and it seems that we are expected to just wait and deal with the builder's mistake. My Beazer experience and move-in has been amazing. The Builder has been more than accomodating, quick to respond and extremely helpful as needed. I would highly recommend a Beazer home!

Awful experience overall! First, the title company they use, First American Title Insurance Co was awful to deal with. Second, Beazer Homes either rushed or delayed completing the home as per their convenience and did not heed our requests. They also did not adjust price of the house to be in line with the market as the housing market was declining rapidly. Finally, the pre-delivery home inspection was acceptable (notionally) in terms of expectations, however, they did not properly and thoroughly clean the house. Shortly after a few days of closing, as we had not moved in yet, my realtor visibly noticed dust throughout the house including the wood floors, cabinets, windows, and countertops. I had to pay $200 (discounted price) for a thorough cleaning of the house. I sent text messages to the salesperson and the supervisor responsible for completion/delivery of the home, but did not receive any acknowledgement, response, or a resolution. Regretfully, I had given 100% rating on the feedback after the closing based on their request. I am glad this review opportunity came so I am able to express my concerns and dissatisfaction. The Beazer staff made things easy. We live far away but the staff made it seem like they were next door. Thank you for all the emails and phone calls.

Great Experience fast and easy close

Staff and customer interactions are good and well handled. Also understood the customer requirements and acted on it. 1. First interaction is with Caroline from New Home Counselor she did really a wonderful job in following up and sharing all the details when we were looking on specific requirements and preferences in lot selections. 2. Brittany from the Design Studio has taken care well and provided good suggestions in a professional way when we are in the Design studio selection options. 3.John and Kelly both Construction Managers were very good and provide regular updates on the status. Beazer made the experience easy from start to finish. Everything was very personable and we had very fast response times with any questions we had along the way. Brandon was especially great to work with and we love our new home!

Brandon and the builder team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was good and I feel like I received good value for my home price.

The home buying process through Beazer was pretty simple. I thought the value was there and they have thought of everything considering they're such an experienced and reputable builder. There were a few bumps along the way as expected, however Josh K. made the experience one worth bragging about. He clearly was emotionally invested in making it smooth for my wife and his care and attention to detail made all the difference. Thank you!

I am feeling grateful since we moved to our new home. It was great experience with Beazer homes, the moment we booked and till closure.

The building experience was made pleasant and manageable because of Elisa and Kyle. They pay great attention to the details that they shared with us each week and gave adequate time for questions and answers. They were also accommodating when we faced challenges during the building process, they went beyond the call of duty to ensure the process was properly explained. I hope that this is the experience that other potential buyers will experience from Elisa and Kyle, continue the awesome job.

What continues to be a problem is that we have not received a copy of the hoa guidelines. Beazer was suppose to deliver a paper copy at the closing. We are seniors and I cannot download the info. As far as issues go, we are waiting on a few that have now gone into the 3rd or 4th week.

I had great experiences with all contacts of sales, orientation, and warranty. They are responsive, polite, patient, and customer focus. Highly recommend!

The build time was long…way longer than expected. However, my salesperson (William) and superintendent (Mike) were always very responsive and kept me in the loop along the way. I worked with a total of three superintendents throughout my build and Mike was by far the most communicative and helpful and I appreciated him going above and beyond yo finally get things pushed through for me in the end. I have had a few things come up after moving in and the warranty department has been easy to deal with but scheduling with the trades that actually complete the work has been hit or miss at times.
