This was our first time experiencing a new buy and Beazer made the entire experience amazing! My home buying experience was not great to say the least. I had to work with multiple different home counselors for whatever reason and throughout the first half of the process, it seemed like nobody knew what was going on or could provide me with accurate updates. I was originally told that my home would be competed no later than end of October. Well when it comes around that time, I was told the home is no where close to being ready to close. We contracted in January of 2022 when the home was already framed. We didn’t close until Jan 2023. Multiple missed deadlines, false hope and family displacement is what brings this bad review from me. Overall after several people on the build team were either fired or forced out the home was finished. It was sad to see the corners cut and the constant lying to us about the status of the build as we were not able to regularly check on the home.
