Our entire experience started with our sales representative was passionate about the way the homes were built and he was able to communicate it in a way that we completely understood, even though this was our first home. We were kept updated throughout the process and sent pictures and reminders of upcoming milestones in the process. Our building manager was really good with letting us know what the next steps were in the building process and if there was a delay he was really good at communicating that and adjusting the timetable for us so we knew what was happening. Beazer Homes has assembled the best Team I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. From the beginning my Housing Counselor, Michael was helpful and knowledgeable. Also he faithfully called weekly with updates re: my new home which was being built. Also my builder, Wayne gave me the opportunity to personalize my home by allowing me to include my grandmother’s Bible in the threshold of the front door. He and Mark also helped me get settled - learning how to use garage etc. I have referred family and friends to Beazer, because Beazer is the best builder around.
