We recently purchased a home in the Wood Creek community by Beazer Homes, and our experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Elizabeth, our sales representative, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer our questions. She made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free, keeping us informed every step of the way. Her professionalism and genuine care for our needs truly stood out. Cory, the builder manager, was equally impressive. His attention to detail, communication, and commitment to quality gave us complete confidence throughout the construction process. He took the time to walk us through each phase, addressed any concerns promptly, and made sure everything was completed to a high standard. This was my first home buying experience. The Beazer team led by Ethan made everything easy. Each step of the process was explained where I felt comfortable. Everyone went out of their way to answer all my questions. I received a better interest rate from Beavers mortgage affiliates than offered by VA. The affiliates Beazer uses did a fantastic job through the complete buying process. I love my home, it’s a quiet neighborhood. Thank you Ethan and Beazer for an outstanding buying experience.

The builder was amazing and delivered a great home! The lender kept me informed all the way through the process. Their customer service was top notch. I love my Beazer Home

The sales person Chrissy Wise was awesome ! Keep us well informed and always there to answer questions. She came from over 1 hour away to show us the available homes. Josh McGee was great as well making sure the property was completed on time and to our satisfaction! People make all the difference in a buyers experience. After we moved in we had a warranty claim that was handled by Darrell Zemault. He responded quickly and addressed our concerns fully. You have a great team supporting your product !! Areas for you improvement : You sales and promotions in this development is awful! It is hard to find this Beazer Development. Once you arrive at your he models the sales team is temporary and not well informed or helpful. You need to hire a new sales person and have Chrissy train them. You need to increase (by a lot) your advertising in this area. Beazer marketing sucks. The quality of paint is poor, should be a satin finish at a minimum. The quality of construction is outstanding. We were out of town for 2 months and came back to no dust at all!! The air quality system really works! I would recommend Beazer to anyone who asks!! Wonderful home buying experience in 2026

Initially, we chose a house in the Lilly community and worked with Shawna for a couple of months. However, we ultimately decided on another house in the Poppy community and worked with Shannon because the house was completed earlier. Both agents are incredibly friendly and helpful. They are very understanding and not pushy at all.

Chris H is a total professional, knowledgeable and a credit to Beezer. Tracey is another totally professional and helpful person as well as a well informative representee of Beezer. Darryle is another true professional is accommodating, personable and a credit to his employer. US Bank, listed as a financier was horrible one of the worst consumer experiences of my life. They seemed to be an experienced lender. They were a horror to deal with; enough said of them. 5 stars to every Beezer representative. Lender was either inexperienced or lacking mortgage in the ability in processing financing. I would never list them on any of your "lender recommendations.' ... More

Tracy and Ryan were the greatest to work with. Tracy was always available whenever you had a question or concern. Ryan went out of his way to make sure all our concerns were met. These 3 people went above and beyond. Rouch the mortgage guy eas incredible always there as well when you had concerns he put your mind at ease.

The buying process was super smooth from beginning to end. We relocated from Reno. All of the legal documents were online making it easy to get the paperwork completed. From Felicia at Beazer to the closing team at Fidelity Title, every aspect was completed very professionally.

Nick was and is Awsome!! From our very first introduction he was very professional and personable. He showed us several homes until we eventually decided on which one suited us best. He informed of options, upgrades etc... From the beginning of the process to the end of closing. Nick was available anytime we needed him via text & phone or in person. The quality of appliances and fixtures, workmanship of the homes is top notch. Our experience with the Beazer builder was very good. The expectations were laid out from the beginning and they were honored by the entire Beazer team. As expected, we had a few issues, but so far Beazer has been quick to respond to them. Since there is still a lot of construction in the neighborhood, I am pleased with the cleanliness of the sites and also that the many contractors do not interrupt the residential quality of living. I do like to walk through the community and I do find that there are some nails and screws on the street. It would be helpful if the contractors could police the area around their trucks, the driveways, and the dumpsters to try to minimize the number of objects that residents might step on or that they may drive over. While not about the builder, there have been a number of complaints about the Beazer rep on the HOA Architectural Review Committee. Some residents complain that the person seems to have veto power to reject projects, even when the points in question are not in the HOA guidelines. Also, I find it difficult to communicate with the HOA leadership, having to go through the community management organization. It seems that while Beazer did a great job with communication when building the home, the same level of transparency is not carried over into the transition of the neighborhood. ... More

Midway through my purchasing process I experienced a very life changing event; the terminal illness and passing of my father. The Beazer Team, preferred lender, and settlement company all, compassionately, worked with me to make the process manageable. There were moments I wanted to walk away because of family obligations. Everyone was helpful in giving me time and grace to review emails/documents. We, and I say we knowing I couldn’t have done it without everyone, got it done in less than 30 days. I’ve been in my new home for almost 60 days now and Beazer continues to supportive. I had a minor issue that was reported and fixed in a very timely manner. I walk inside my house and know I am home. As a first time home buyer I didn’t expect the process to be so seamless. From initial look to my move in date, the house only became better as I learned about all of the extra amenities Beazer added. Liz was the best NHC and Tony CRR was very knowledgeable and explained all the extra amenities that Beazer included in my home.

Beazer team was excellent. The were very attentive and always were a phone call away. The team was very helpful and very resourceful with everything. I am very pleased with the process.

Ashley and Alex are a great team, any questions or concerns I had they answered right away. I felt like they had my back on anything I needed. Those are the type of people that you need in your corner when purchasing a home. I would recommend both with any home buying questions or concerns anybody has. The whole team made the process a breeze and smooth as butter! Anything we needed or needed fixed was addressed immediately without issue. All concerns were addressed during and after settling in to the home. It made the home buying process a amazing experience. We really appreciate the contractor Alex for going above and beyond in address to come out multiple times to fix issues and coordinate efforts to fix and make the process as smooth as possible.
