Quality of the home is top notch and we will definitely recommend Beazer homes.

House was well built. Had a few hiccups but warranty Randy came through.

Marlo kept in touch with me every step of the way! Every question I had she answered and made sure I was up to date with info on my build. If I had to it all over again I would exactly the same. Home are well designed and construction quality is good.

Many normal or standard options were either not available or cost upgrades.. These include toilet paper holders, towel bar or ring, shower tension rod, soap holders in shower, shower head that everyone can reach(not just 6ft tall people), gutters for first level where roof designs dumps water in flower beds, even door knobs. Design center does not show enough examples either in person or in a picture. Especially for back splashes, tiles, counters and flooring.

The construction manager Mr . Jeremy is very professional, friendly and he ready to got he extra mile for he customer. He provide a excellent support to us. We are very happy with the kind of customer service that he provide to us.. We love our new home very good construction. For us Beazer is the best.

Troy always reassured me that he would correct any issues or concerns I had, and he did just that. Shelley always kept me informed and explained the process as well, which made things run smoothly. Jill was so knowledgeable and helped us through any and every situation we encountered through out the process. There was never time where we could not go to Jill for concerns or just questions. She was always polite and made you feel like you were a person and not just the next person in line buying a home. Chris was an exceptional project manager. Some things were missed prior to him being selected to finish the home weeks before it was due to be completed. He came in nonetheless, getting things done and in a timely fashion. My wife and I purchased our first home together and we are so grateful that we went with Beazer out of the multiple builders available in our community. Justin and Harry really have gone above and beyond even after we’ve settled into our new home to ensure that it has been a great experience all the way through. Highly recommend.

We experienced kindness & professionalism from each staff member - from the start of looking at the Beazer models, to the walk- throughs as our home was being built, to the final signing of papers to officially own our home. Each staff member seemed genuinely interested in our journey, and answered all of our questions at all times. We are delighted with the entire experience, & soooo happy to now live in our beautiful, new home!
