I have had an excellent experience with the Beazer team. They responded with minor issues I was having in a timely manner and did what they promised. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. A special thanks to Traci for all her help.

The Beazer team at Harbor View was amazing. From the time we visited the model home, till we moved in our home the team was first class. Brad the salesman was first class, he was honest and open about the whole new build process. He made time to answer all our questions. Matt the building manager was on top of the build every step. He knew exactly when things were going to be started and completed. One of the best things about buying a beazer home is the weekly progress call from Matt and Brad. I have had to call almost weekly on different items to get fixed since moving in less than a month ago and the window subcontractor is a joke. They have brought the wrong windows or broken windows twice and had to take them back. They don’t communicate very when setting up a time and when they do agree on a time they either don’t show and Adam had to call them or they come way early and we “miss” them because we expect them at the time agreed upon. Get better companies if you want us to tell people good things about your company. Adam the Superintendent, Rob Thomas and Leslie are the only good thing about Beazer hopefully you don’t lose them ... More

The entire team was very professional throughout my buying process. They corrected all items noted in the final walk through as well as responded promptly to minor issues I noticed after having lived in my townhome for a while. I love my new townhome! It is beautiful, quality built, and exactly what I was looking for and more within my budget. I want to than the Kim for getting the deal completed, and Steve for getting my unit move one ready on time! Thanks to all those not mentioned who put in the hard work to make it happen!

We are from California and we decided to purchase this property in NC . There were initially two thoughts on how it will all play out when almost all of the transaction had to be done remote and I am so happy with how the entire process went . Heather was in the forefront of all these discussions keeping us appraised of all the various stages of the process . We had timely emails with prompt follow up for any actions that were due on our side . Heather was almost our most reliable ally in the entire process often suggesting what would be our best next step weighing in all options in hand . When it came to issues that needed attention with the property , Alec was a very reliable member and someone whom we could always depend on for swift and timely actions . He was very responsive whether it came to measurements for appliances or any other little change sets . We are so happy that he was able to travel this path with us and help us all the way till closure and much beyond . Phillip was a great construction manager! We ran into a lot of COVID related challenges during the construction process, but I appreciate that the Beazer team was transparent with what was going on. They all worked very hard to find a way around those challenges, and ultimately deliver a quality-built home.

We really liked the plan of the house. I liked the option of having bedroom in 1st floor. The builder is easy and comfortable to work with. Even after moving in all minor issues were addressed real quick.

They made the entire experience easy to complete.

Being originally from Southern California before relocating to Arkansas and then to Cambridge, Maryland is a huge undertaking, but to simplify our endeavor, my husband & I discovered Beazer Homes located at Deep Harbour! Cynthia, who represents Beazer Homes located in the their sales office at Deep Harbour, was very informative in answering any & all of our questions and is extremely knowledgeable of the various models in telling us about them. It has been a pleasure working with slater and garrett on this home process.. very open about the process and helpful!

First time completely new home build so was unfamiliar with the process. Beazer Homes layouts are very nice and commensurate with today's fast past living. The design process had many great choices. Communication during the build process could have been better and more timely.

Not at all hard sells but more sincere cares and interest in prospective residents needs. Straightforward answers no hype.

I had a great home buying experience with Beazer. I was continuously updated by the sales office, and our walk through was thorough and informative.

From start to finish, Staci, was amazing. She kept me updated to the best of her knowledge. However, she lacked communication from her management Ashley has been wonderful from ore close to now.

They buying process moved along steadily. The final product is where the issues are. A lack of good quality control is where 95% of my issues are.

Guided and All members of the crew are always available no matter what the needs are.

Buying with beazer was super amazing! I first saw the home and fell in love with the floor plan. I had to wait to build but totally worth it cus the construction process went by super fast! My builder Josh was amazing ! He helped the process go by smoothly and kept me updated with how things were going with pictures and weekly updates. Could not imagine a better building experience!

It is better to make a list of pending items and keep following up on it.

The overall buying experience was great even though our house took over a year to be completed. Once we moved in, we realized the materials used and work done is horrible. It’s like the did everything in a rush and didn’t care how the final result looks like. We keep finding issues with our home such as damaged blinds, shower door leaking water, caulking in multiple places is cracking, carpet falling apart (shedding), toilet not installed correctly, issues with cabinets and much more. I will not be purchasing homes with Beazer in the future.
