Staci in sales and Ashley and Tracy with customer care have guided me through this process. They have answered my questions and addressed any concerns, always treated me with respect.

I would say the experience in buying was great but the wait was not so great. Many issues needed to be addressed once we moved in and they have done well in completing them but not enough information/instructions on appliances and functional items for future projects and repairs.

Got some delays but the house is good quality

Actually, I had 3 building managers, but Rich was the best. He kept me inform every step of the way and took care of all my need during final walk through. Since I have taken ownership of my home, I have called for his assistance, and he didn't hesitate to assist me.

This was our first new home. While we lived in Florida, we would come to Texas to visit family and while in town, check in on the build. From stepping on a bare lot, to the finished product, we were in contact with our sales counselor, Jason Pagan nearly the whole process. He was excellent and grateful for his responsiveness and hospitality. When we were assigned a GC, we were assigned Jake. Jake has also been a rockstar. He always answered my calls and questions. He is dependable and a solid representative for Beazer Homes, too. Just last week as I was speaking to a neighbor about how effective Jake has been getting things done for us, this neighbor was then expressing his wish to have had Jake in charge of overseeing his home when it was under construction. My family and I are extremely happy with our house. And one thing I’d like to share, which is a kudo to Jake, was that before we closed on our home, we paid for a third-party inspector to dissect every nook and cranny of the build. After our inspector completed his walkthrough, my wife and I were talking with him in the kitchen and I specifically asked him, “So, with your expertise, how do you feel the home was built?” And he replied, “I can honestly say, and I’ve inspected a number of homes in Bluewater Lakes, that this home is the best one I’ve seen…and I’m not saying that to say it.” Great job to the Beazer team. Every step was easy. Everyone we came in contact with was great. Highlight was Biil H. who did our walkthrough and handled every little issue promptly. The build quality seems to be great. The energy efficiency is very apparent from day one. Highly Recommended.

Jason and Jake kept us informed every step of the way, either good or bad news. They were very responsive with any questions or issues. We were pleasantly surprised that they provided the hurricane shutters.

Overall I would say our experience was great. Most of the issues were resolved in a timely manner, although there are still some smaller things pending from the warranty side. I want to give a special thanks to Jeremy our construction manager for making sure everything was always done to our liking, for always having a good attitude and for being professional.

We built a Beazer home and closed in October. Our salesperson, Brad Jones, was great to work with and kept in touch weekly throughout the entire process. Our builder was also present on the weekly calls. We love our new home and would recommend Beazer Homes without reservation!

From the very beginning of working with the sales representative, Samantha, to working with the construction manager, Terry, and finally the walk through technician, Mike, we had a very informed and solid experience working with the Beazer community.

Our experience from beginning to end was very smooth and what we liked the most was the open communication and availability of Beazer and the builder to answer all our questions during the process. Highly recommended!

. Very supportive team and prompt response to customer inquiries

Buying with Beazer was a good experience. Our salesperson helped us thru the process and worked with us and the lender to have everything ready by our move in date. The cloaing date was actually earlier than was first set which was helpful since we needed to move in immediately! The closing crew at the house has been amazing and has helped us in getting to know our new housr as well as finishing up the final touches to our project. Great experience overall, the house is good quality and we have enjoyed is this far.

I purchased a home in Osceola County, Florida. Located at PennyRoyal, Florida 34744. The reason for the email is that I am very dissatisfied and frustrated with the way your company is handling my non-working AC issue. I purchased and closed my home in October 25th 2022 and my AC is still not working. This issue was acknowledged during the first walk (shame on me for closing in good faith)and the sales agent/construction promised me the issue would be resolved before I close. It’s been several months since I closed on my new home and I still have not been able to move in or enjoy my new home. Not to mention that I been coming out of pocket paying for a mortgage on a home that I am yet to occupied because the AC does not work and still has not been fixed I am writing this letter in good faith hoping to get your attention on this matter and get this AC issue resolved as soon as possible. Jared was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer my questions & went above & beyond to make my transition into my new home more comfortable.

We had a great experience with our builder Will. He was very thorough throughout every step of the home building process. The house turned out beautiful!

I bought the model house at Traditions. Mary Allen and Bill had helped me at their best through out the process. Chris was very responsive on warranty works. Even the VP of operation (James?) stepped in to make us happy! We are indeed happy and love our new home.

Our journey, with Beazer started in march 2022. It was very exciting throughout, booking was a very smooth process and that was our first step towards our new home. The quality of construction is really good though we had a few requests regarding the changes in backsplash, kitchen counters and bathroom tiles which were not considered which was disappointing. But in this whole journey Rusty was the guy who would give us calls regarding the construction progress and give us updates on our house and he was always available to answer our questions and he is the best person in the entire journey as he gave us a detailed and thorough explanation of home at every important step as the home was taking shape and nevertheless he was always there, extending help even after we moved in. Jared was such an amazing person to work with through the building experience. He has made our home and New Hope Village such an incredible place to live and could not recommend it more!

Giving Joseph a huge shout out! He’s been so awesome and extremely helpful with everything. He is fast to respond and always goes above and beyond.

Move-in should have been much less difficult. There was no instruction to new owners about discarding boxes & trash after move-in. It was way to chaotic.

Although I do love my home very much, what makes Beazer stand out is the team. Keith, Jill, Bethany, and Michael went above and beyond to make sure my house was what I expected. I felt they were like family.
