I will never recommend Beazer homes to anyone. We were repeatedly lied to by sales people, made to settle for what Beazer chose to give us, Mistakes were made from the design center up to closing. Our lives were turned upside down for months due to mismanagement and incompetent employees. We have built two homes prior to this and both experiences were very good. Nothing in our past could prepare us for our dealings with Beazer. We paid a premium price for very shoddy construction. Now we are dealing with mechanical issues with systems installed that we know nothing about. No information ...

DeAnn was great and was our lucky break after a short but hard search. We were lucky with our home buying experience and she made it into a very smooth experience. Dave put in extra care in our build and Ryan shows extra concern in making sure everything in the home comes out great. It’s a great team at Beazer.

Our home buying experience was great and everyone we worked with was very sweet and informative! The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because my home was delayed 3 months. However, it was to no fault of the builder and he made sure to keep me updated every week with the progress that was being done on my home. It was a great experience aside from the delays, but it was well worth it after moving in!

No Quality Control. Bay window has uneven spacing across and uneven height. Closet supposed to be in hall was in bathroom. Toilet does not have a seat that fits. Screen room is constructed so poorly an alligator could get in. Today at 7:30 am there was banging on my house. Without notice they decided to fix the wrong facades they originally put on the building. And using my electric. My closing date was pushed up by 2 months, and the way I was supposedly notified was via email. Finally Beazers salesman called me to let me know I was in a violation of my contract ( because I haven't locked an interest rate in), and that's how I found out. The product that produced was good, but the hassle with it all had me wanting to backout at least 3 times during the process.
