Over we had a great experience with purchasing our home and love our home. Curtis and Brain was really helpful answering all our questions and keeping us updated. What I’m not pleased about is the finishing of our home. The paint job, caulking, and overall cleaning of the home for turnover was disappointing. We had of lots paint drips throughout house and even with taping for final run serval times, items were not addressed, however Brian said he will send painters back in to retouch items that may have been seen at the final walkthrough as well as touch up any scuff marks through the moving process. ... Our builder, Troy R., was absolutely amazing! His attention to detail and his willingness to listen to us with concerns was so appreciated. Our sales associates were awesome as well. One of them, Nicole L., even remained in contact with us throughout our building process, even though she was transferred to a different neighborhood.

Enjoyed working with a great and friendly team. From the home buying process, to the design center, to the building phase, made everything in the end just worth it when we finally walked into our new completed home.

Besides it being a very modern and aesthetically pleasing home for a Condo, the service after moving in doesn’t stop being impeccable! I have been able to get answers and problems solved, thanks to Wayne ( the builder). It’s like getting extra that you didn’t expect to get!

I had a seamless experience, from start to finish Dawn is wonderful. Gabe walked me through the entire building process on each phase. Communication was wonderful with my real estate agent Becky She was always updated on the also on the process of the home built Bob was is a very excellent lender and I will use him again and also recommend him. The entire Beezer team is friendly professional and accurate. My house was given to me clean.

Jeremy and Ariane were supportive throughout our experience in getting our home. Jeremy is always responsive to anything that needs fixing after closing.

Very interesting and easy process

From start to finish the beazer sales, design and construction team were amazing. Never missed a beat with updating us regarding progress and updates. Couldn't be happier with our new home.

This is my second Beazer home, we were drawn to this community because of my first experience in Atlanta with Beazer. When we first entered the offices, we met Marie and she set the tone for our wonderful experience from start to move in! We love the community and our new home. Mike our superintendent was great as well, he made sure our house was ready for us to move into with very few concerns.

I can't stress enough how well Beazer kept in communication with me throughout the entire build process. My salesman, Dave, (who was transferred to a different community) would call to see how things were going. The permitting and closing people, Barbara and Renee, were good at keeping me updated on approximately when the house was going to start construction and when closing was going to take place. My project manager, Jeff, was excellent at giving me timelines of how long each phase of the home build was going to take. If there was a delay, he would let me know. If there was a problem during the build, he let me know what was going on and when it was resolved. Even after closing, Jeff still stops by to ask how things are going when he sees me outside. The lines of communication are always open and the entire staff is more than willing to help you. ... More

We had a great experience with Beazer Homes. The home is beautiful and the customer service was fantastic!

My experience with the staff at Parkview at the Hills was a very pleasing one during the entire building process. Ariane at the sales office, was friendly, professional and addressed our concerns. Jeremy maintained consistent communication regarding updates, progress photos and addressed all of the questions, concerns and issues we were faced we were faced with during the entire process. In fact, they have still been helpful and communicative even after closing especially regarding my warranty issues. I highly recommend this team through the building process. My warranty issues are still being addressed with the team and I appreciate. However, I was not pleased with the experience at closing between the broker and title company and at the last minute felt very rushed and unable to review final documents and get questions answered accurately. ... No dust means what I was told is true. Not about the dust, but how the BEAZER Homes are sealed.

John has been one of the best builders I have ever dealt with. Having been in construction for almost 20 years I have dealt with many builders and few have kept up great communication and keeping expectations. Beazer from start to finish was easy to work with and always helped answer any questions and how things where going. Joel was great to interact with and was always quick to help answer any questions. I would happy build another house with them.

We had a very positive experience building our home. Shelley and Troy communicated consistently and went out of their way to resolve any issues that came up. We had minimal delays but when we did it was obvious that Troy did everything he could to keep making progress on the home. Troy also welcomed our 3rd party inspector and made sure all of his concerns were addressed. All throughout the building process and after closing we have had all of our concerns resolved in a timely manner.

Great overall experience. Lisa, Ryan, Ryan and other Beazer members were always welcoming and helpful. The only issue we have are with the subcontractors as they have been unprofessional, disrespectful and upset that they have to fix the items they installed incorrectly, not fully completed before installing and expecting us to accept bandaid fixed work.

Jonathan, our project and construction manager, was excellent. He was clear, efficient, and worked tirelessly for us to get everything right.

From Adrian to Jackie to Renee are very helpful, easy to reach on, responds to every questions and goes above and beyond from initial process to moving in. We are a first time home buyers and everything went smoothly because of them.

Everything was easy and on time. The only thing was we wished to add a sunroom shortly after we made the decision to purchase and were told permits were already in and we could not add.
