Beazer has great floor plans that will meet the everyday life for your family needs. They build homes in great locations and utilize the space in the house really well. Janel was great throughout the home buying process and Keith kept the home building process on time without compromising quality. Bethany has been great as well working with us on any warranty items. Beazer at Mercer Crossing has provided excellent customer service throughout every step of the home building journey. We worked with Travis, Jay, and Robin throughout the process. We felt like the staff at Beazer genuinely wanted to see us happy with our investment and the build quality of the home. During the sales process, we never felt pushed into anything. During the build process, we were provided weekly updates. We did notice a few issues during this process, but they were quickly addressed once we brought it up. During the closing process, Beazer addressed all of our issues with the home that we noted. Some observations were addressed promptly after closing. After closing, I’ve filed a few warranty claims and all of our issues were promptly addressed. The sales person was very easy to work with and he was very knowledgeable about the home choices we were looking at. The builder kept us informed about all the steps that were occurring and how the schedule was going. closing walk through went very well and all concerns were addressed quickly.

What a great experience. Christie and Susan were always there to answer questions and gave weekly progress updates. Jerry always stepped up and addresses any building concerns, layout, or progress of construction. He went above and beyond to help. Benito and D really are a great team! They had answers for any issue and quickly resolved problems. I feel they went above and beyond on customer service and making sure why concerns we had that there was quick resolution.
