Poor quality home, so many things overlooked. We will never recommend beazer to anyone.

i will never recommend to anybody buy home to beazer home because they are laiyer or never complete their promise what they said,on last day.

Great team and nice townhome

Though there were some hiccups along the way up to closing, the managers and sales rep worked tirelessly and tried to work though the issues. They've got a great team. And they got better upgrade options than most other builders, and they offer almost detached townhomes, so that's great.

We had serious problems with: electrical wiring (island light boxes had no caps on the wires or in two of the bedrooms), the additional cable hook-ups weren't wired, electrician didn't show up four times to do the repairs, vent-a-hood had packing materials left in it, plumbing problems (toilet and shower drain not mounted properly), damage to the microwave, dining room window appears to have a crack, paint/texture issues in every room, drywall cracks in ceiling multiple of rooms(appears that the texture would fall off if you touched the crack), inside doors sticking or won't stay shut. Buying process was not complicated. Keith our builder addressed all questions and concerns. After moving to our home, issues that popped are being promptly addressed by Warranty Mgr Michael. There is no lag in response times and he makes communication smooth, Professional and friendly. House is nice.

Will not recommend. Our "new" home has multiple defects that do not even need an inspection - it's outright inferior workmanship. The walls are unfinished, flooring is uneven, creeky staircases - to name a few. Several items were pending post-closing that are just labeled as pandemic-related delays. Overall, the build quality is certainly well below expectations. Will consider & recommend other builders for future purchases.
