Started my search in mid August for a house for a friend, ended up putting a deposit on my house. Moved in the end of September. Nick was awesome and kept me informed through the whole process. We've had a great experience with Beazer. All of the people were extremely kind and accommodating. Moreover, they seemed to have good relationships with one another. I have 4 of 5 stars because, for some things, if you don't choose an upgrade the standard grade item (such as the stove) may be noticeably cheap.

One man made our entire home-buying experience amazing. Vito. Vito could work at the DMV and make it feel warm and welcoming. He has fixed every problem we've had with our home and is always insistent that we call him if we have any issues. He's a great man and Beazer is lucky to have it.

Bad custo.er service during construction and after closing. My dishwasher is not working for one month and there is no update on that.

Everyone from our sales agent, Ben, to the builder, Dave, and our warranty guy, Aaron made us feel so cared for and like we were a TOP priority! They all truly went above and beyond to ensure our home was completed on time and the smallest of issues were taken care of prior to our move-in. I had a great experience with Beazer homes. Alec made every effort to explain things in detail and answered my questions promptly in each meeting. I am happy with the build quality and quality control. It was very important for me because I was remote and couldn't stop by frequently while the house was under construction. Also I received regular updates every week from Heather and Lisa with photos of the construction, current progress, and what to expect next. Thanks to this team.

The people were great to work with. I am not thrilled with the appliances. The microwave with no handle is hard to keep clean as there are always fingerprints on it because there is not door. The refrigerator is small. There is no place to hang a towel rack by the master shower which is problematic if you forget to put the towel by the shower. All and all we love our new home.

It’s been an easy process from start to finish. From sales (Sara), construction supervisor (Troy) and customer care(Lorin), the folks at Beazer Homes have been great. After looking at hundreds of homes we came back to Beazer as pricing and quality of homes met all our parameters.

Was a good experience overall. It got rocky at the end with lots of changes to closing dates at the last minute. However, I was in before October as promised by Mark the builder. All outstanding repairs were promptly tended to & Cynthia has been available for any questions or concerns since I've been in the home. I also had a great experience with Rob, he was always quick to return my calls or answer any questions.

Colin, the Beazer Sales Rep was the best. He kept us on top of each step thru the building process and sent us photos of the progress. He IS what made this a memorable experience. The not so good side is the title company. They were uncommunicative and well, I'll leave it at that. My only complain with Beazer is not allowing buyers to increase the depth of the garage. At least 3/4 of the homes in this subdivision have a pickup truck in the driveway because the garage is too shallow to park it inside and nearly every other homeowner I've spoken to agrees.

We are really enjoying our new Beazer home. There were a few issues along the construction process (typical with any new build) but the team was great working through them. The post closing warranty team has also been great and very responsive. The only negative is that we found Beazer to be less flexible on design changes and options than most other builders. Overall though we are happy.
