Everything about buying a Beazer home was great, but once in the home, as a contractor myself, I saw how cheap the quality of materials used in the construction of the homes are and the inflated prices are they do not match.

My main points of contact were Patti in sales and Reese, my builder. They were both great in communication with me, honoring their promises and took me smoothly through the process.

Grant was such an amazing construction manager. He went out of his way to make us feel involved despite living far away. We got frequent updates and pictures of progress. He is always there to help us still if we need anything. Nicole and Cathy are amazing. They treat you like family and bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. There was never anything they didn’t have a solution for and were always willing to lend a hand.

Everyone in the whole process of buying the home was very accommodating. Carmine helped to reassure me. Absolutely great service. I would do it all over again if I had to.

Salesperson (Thuan) was exceptional. Still some 'fit and finish' issues to repair, but overall, very satisfied with our purchase.

David was very good about going through and explaining every detail of the house. Also, during the walkthrough, i felt like he really cared about finding the things that needed to be fixed. He was right there next to me looking. Made me feel good like he really cares about the final product and making it right.

The process of having a new construction home built with Beazer builder was not stressful and they made it easier for us! Throughout the whole building process they always kept us informed of each stage of building our new home. They also have great customer service and answered questions in a timely manner. I liked that we got to choose all the designs inside and outside of our new home. They had many different options for designs. Tim Twigg was our builder. He kept us informed of progress, sent pictures weekly, and addressed all questions and concerns. Would highly recommend him and Beazer.

Our Beazer experience was awesome. They were always on top of updating us throughout the entire process. The field foreman were also great people. I would definitely use Beazer in the future.

The representatives were great to work with, professional and responsive to our requests. From the sales rep, to the construction manager and the sign off to the warranty rep, everyone was a pleasure to deal with.

I was always updated on the process of the home. Living in another state I never felt like I was out of the loop at any time.

I think the builders try to do quality work and I felt they did very high quality work. I don't feel they were cutting corners, I've owned 4 brand new homes and I feel their quality was excellent. Out of the 4 new homes this one and one other were quality homes and I would highly recommend their homes.

Beazer is very responsive to issues that need to addressed for new home owners.

We really enjoyed the process of buying, designing, and communication with the builder. The team at Beazer has been accommodating by answering questions and following up. The quality of our new home is top notch and we love our neighborhood.
