Marie did a great job helping us through the process of buying our home. However, once we closed it has been a bit of a nightmare to get things fixed. It took 5 week to get some electric completed, trash was left above the cabinets in the kitchen, plants need to be replaced and that is taking a lot of time. There doesn't seem to be much accountability or proaction on anyone's part. The customer has to chase people down to get things done. Not a great experience.

Great experience with the construction manager. Do have some EBIs regarding customer service with the administrative office.

The communication from the team on the ground - construction team and sales team, including Jack, Kelly and Jon, was outstanding. Whatever questions or concerns I had about the process, each of them was extremely responsive and helped to settle questions in a timely manner and with respect and care. Excellent customer relations and customer service.

It was just shy of a year to get a modest home without upgrades. People have babies in less time. In addition there were other homes labeled as 'quick move-ins' that were started significantly after our home was started, but completed much quicker than ours. Needless to say, not happy! The build quality seems good so far, but time will tell. We did get a THIRD builder during the process and he has been very good and quite possibly the reason we are in our new home now.

I recently purchased a townhome from Beazer. I had a wonderful experience working with Beazer from start to finish. The team has maintained great communication during the entire process. My construction manager (Alec) was great to work with. He paid attention to all the major and minor items that came up in the inspection and made sure to address all of them. Beazer has been very supportive with questions or repair works post closing as well.

The start of this journey was exciting. However, the communication with the sales representative was less than desirable. I was out of state and getting detailed updates just never really happened. I was told my home would be ready by April 10, 2022. I even asked back in December 2021 if that was a good date with the supply chain issues. I was assured April was good. Long story short, I was living with my wife and 2 college age kids as a transient till we finally moved in on 24 June 2022. The home was rushed to get me in it. The craftsmanship was horrible. Doorknobs on backwards and backing not secured. Doors won't shut and get stuck in the frame. The stucco has many gaps and the parts they attempted to fill were never painted the color of the exterior. The stairwell had a couple of chunks missing on the wood. There was a massive water stain in the downstairs bathroom that they just painted over instead of replacing the drywall. Lots of other things bit these are just the few I chose to highlight. Lastly, due to the continued delays, my loan company wasn't going to honor my locked in interest rate. This caused extreme stress. We were ready to pull out as we locked in a 3% and it went to nearly 6%. It took the board of directors to look at my case to ultimately agree on the original rate. This was my 4th home purchase over my career in the Air Force. It was by far the worst experience my wife and I endured. Now we have to pray that we locate all the flaws in the home and the representative assigned to us will follow through with getting things fixed. Entire process was fairly smooth. The Beazer team kept me informed every step of the way. For townhouses, these homes are spacious and welcoming. The homes are built to meet a very high standard and quality. The builder has a great team that are responsive and quick to address any concerns in a timely manner. I highly recommend the Ridge. Beautiful, spacious townhomes, well worth the money!

Kercheva in sales and my construction manager Brad made my home buying experience great. They were responsive to all my questions and concerns and left me comfortable knowing they were on top of everything.

For the most part things went fairly smooth. There were some pretty big mess ups in the beginning but they were corrected quickly. Waited a long time (2 months) for windows but that wasn't the builders fault. The trim paint is pretty sloppy but other than that i did get a beautiful home.

I want to thank Penny and Josh for all their great help during the construction and move to our new home. Everything was on schedule and completed in a timely manner. All our questions were answered as requested during this process. My wife and I want to thank everyone involved.

When I originally started this journey, I truly wanted Beazer, but they had no lots available. I settled with another who did my dirty and allowed a much higher bidder and a loophole remove me from that situation. Months later I reached out to Beazer and two weeks after that Mr. Frank contacted me with blessed news. From the sales agent to the design center Anna to the builder Nate my experience has been a positive joy. Totally different from the other builder! Even after I have closed, Frank and Nate have been there. I am so grateful for Beazer. Words cannot express my heart when I wake up in my beautiful home every morning. (God knows). I’d be lying if I said it was easy. Building a new home was not. I didn’t help that I was a first time homebuyer with no knowledge of the process. The team made the difference. Great Lender options. Patient, empathetic and understanding when times grew frustrating as a result of supply delays. The service was outstanding and has been since. Forever grateful for the Beazer Home team.

This is my first ever house and Shawn has been terrific throughout the whole home building process. He made sure that the contractors are not cutting corners and also followed up with me post sales, even though it is technically not his responsibility thereafter. There were delays in the construction due to COVID which was a bummer, but it was still finished within a reasonable time frame, especially compared to other new constructions in the area

The initial application process was great and I was kept up to date with the progress of the building. However, there were certain things I was not made aware of and which I was upset to find out later. I have spent over $12000 prior to and after moving in, to do certain upgrades that I would have liked to be given the option at the onset. I have had to install back splash tiles on the kitchen wall, long kitchen sink faucet, under cabinet rolling trash collector, hang additional lights, towel hangers in the bathroom, moving the wall sockets up to accommodate TVs to be hanged and installing a water filtration and softening system. The laundry room does not have any cabinet or sink and I am looking to get this done. It would have been easier to get these things done if the options were offered initially as part of the building project. ... More
