The thought of buying my first home was scary. I didn’t know what to expect and had many questions. Beazer made this process fun and exciting. They kept me informed of the progress and timelines, so I was never guessing. From the initial purchase to the final move-in, they were by my side. Thank you so much Beazer for my beautiful home!!!

Everyone involved moved fast to make it happen for us to move in on time. My agent got prompt responses whenever we contacted them. However I feel like they did rush on details with last minute items on the house. Overall great experience and got a great house.

Beazer builds a quality home. They have great customer service. The staff have been amazing through the entire experience. I’ve been in my home for over a month now, and from the start of the homebuying process up until now, the agents, the builder and the customer care reps have been exceptional and are always there for any concerns or issues that I have.

My home buying experience was great from my first interaction until closing and beyond. My sales Rep Jill was phenomenal. She guided me through the process well and was very attentive. My CM Todd was also amazing. He kept me updated weekly on the status of the build and was very responsive to my questions and concerns. He did a great job of educating me through the process. The design center experience was exceptionally. Hailey helped me design my dream home.

I have the start of a new list of items to be repaired , but that is to be expected with a new home and neighborhood But overall this has been a good experience and I love my new Beazer home!❤️ And a shout out to Jace and Scott always right there when you need them! Thanks Laura for always being available❤️

From day one with choosing my home the staff was ready to help and explain. Any questions or concerns I had they would make sure I understood everything.

The overall process was great. Taylor, in the office, was and is amazing. She answered any questions that I had throughout the process and that put me at ease as this was my 1st home purchase. Also, Cory, has been very responsive to any questions that I've had since closing. I couldn't have asked for a better team. And I love my home! The design, the neighborhood, it's just what I need for me and my parents.

Our home purchase with Beazer was A+ from start to finish. Easy mortgage application with Beazer's preferred lender and all positives until closing. Would highly recommend. Sales team is excellent, as well as all Beazer employees.

The over all experience with beazer has been amazing. From start to forever this home builder has done amazing. I have to add even after the sale Troy (construction mgr) has been top notch even after the sale and completion on the home days, weeks and even months after the completion of our home. He has gone above and beyond expectations and his communication had been top notch. Highly recommend in the home building process! Troy you get 10 stars out of 5. Keep up the great work and communication. Beazer builds a great home with all top notch, wonderful people to work with.

At Beazer Homes, you have options to configure your new dream home with optional floorplans. The NHC is available for the first 14 days to modify your options making the process easy. I recommend that you do your research prior to selecting your new home. The model home is well-staged helping you make a decision. We love our new Persimmon Art and Craft Elevation thanks to our builder Jeff aka "Buffalo Bills" and his Beazer Team for such careful attention to our beautiful, unique, cozy, and quality of craftsmanship of the Beazer Home experience.

I just want to say that my builder was awesome. Knew the answers to all my questions and I could not have asked for a better first time home buyer experience.
