Colin not only was extremely diligent in supplying answers to all my questions but he also was meticulous in documenting every pertinent detail for transparency. I appreciate that thoroughness as it prevents confusion. Susan and Maria from the Design Center have the patience of Jobe and the people skills necessary to successfully guide buyers through the process of equipping your future home i can't say enough about their contributions as I laboriously arrived at a conclusion. Mitch and Colin did a wonderful job of oversight and managing the construction. During final inspection Bill entered the picture and demonstratrd his vast experience and helped me identify items that warranted attention. The sales team was very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. Was also very impressed with the construction manager and customer care team member! Overall it was a very good experience. Would highly recommend Beazer to anyone looking to buy a new home.

The sales people are adorable up until closing. Then you are full of surprises. The house was not cleaned properly, The bathtub looked like many people have used before full of scratches. The doors were not painted properly and dirty. One window did not lock, and the yard was a disaster . The sprinkler system leaked, The air is not working as it should and they still try to fix it after 2 months since closing. The insulation is not good and it started flying around the attic so I can see it through the vents. The yard is not properly done so when it will rain the water will run toward the house. Most of the times they don’t honor the commitments. Like even if they know house construction will take an year the choose to tell that it’s December move in while booking. Also the dry wall quality check it out, I felt it’s not thick and not strong. Warranty service is very slow and mostly no one reaches back on your request.

I found a peaceful and safe place, my little house gives me warmth and security. I saw the birth of my house from the empty lot to what it is now, Beazer professionals were attentive to every detail and that was very important to me. Thank you Beazer!! Carolim

I had an amazing home buying experience. First, Beazer ensures that you’re safe by issuing a hard hat when you go on site to look your home. I would come weekly to look at the updates. The new home counselor that I worked with is like family now. I call him at least a couple times a month if I have a question regarding something in my home even though construction is complete. When I started the initial process until I closed four months later I had an awesome experience. I looked forward to the weekly updates every Monday on my home’s progression. Chris is Awesome! He is very friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable about his job and keeps the buyer in the loop every step of the way while addressing all your questions and concerns. I’m giving a 4 star because there are other members of the team with whom I had a not so great experience with.

I love my new Beazer home in Traditions at Herrington. The purchase experience was smooth, and I feel like the Beazer team worked hard to get me closed out and moved in. I worked directly with Angela and she was great. Always did great follow-up.

Sales staff was friendly and helpful. The construction delayed a few months during the pandemic and supply chain shortage, but the closing is smooth & quick. Todd fixed the minor issues we found within 1 day. We appreciate Beazer's team who helped us get our first home in TX!

It has been a pleasure to experience the home building process with Beazer Homes! We visited various home builders in our quest to buy our next home. Beazer Homes was the only builder that granted us the opportunity to choose colors and options without having to choose a “package” that required colors, etc. that we did not want. This was a great option for the price range we were seeking! Everyone in the Sales/Construction/Design process was a pleasure to work with. The sales rep and multiple builders we worked with were all excellent. We had several warranty tickets that had to be opened after moving in, and that team has always been eager to assist in any way. There is only one pending issue that is concerning, and it is the fact that we have 6 tiles that have or have to be replaced due to having cracks. Hopefully those will be fixed here shortly, and there isn’t any further issues with the tile. Overall, building a home can be a stressful process and I feel like the team we worked with did a great job with communication and updating us along the process. Amazing line of great people from the time I sign the contract to the time we move into our home. They listen to my concern, they are timely and communicate at every stage of the building process.

The build of any new home has its ups and downs. The most important aspect of my new Beazer home was having someone who consistently keep me informed and when I had questions would address them in a timely manner. Imho, both Nate and Kevin were outstanding. We love the house and would recommend Beazer homes.

The process was better than expected; Audra and Will were customer service-focused. They spent lots of time showing us all the home's features, explaining the warranty and what is available. Each is knowledgeable and responsive. A home is a significant purchase, and we are thankful we bought from Beazer!
