The initial purchase was great. So many choices at the design center was amazing too. Now when the home gets built takes forever and you begin to receive little communication from Beazer. You find issues during the construction phase and find out at completion they were never addressed. Still trying to get things addressed now that moved in.

I have come across different teams during my purchase and after my purchase of my Beazer home and they are only looking for good reviews but don’t deliver the quality that I heard Beazers is known for . I’m totally dissatisfied. The team is behind you saying please give us good review if not it will impact bonus and they promise they will get your things done soon . Once you give the good review they are gone and never respond and things are pending or don’t get done . It’s been 3 months that we closed the home , still exception list is not addressed. Builder was behind us for review. Once we gave they are nowhere to be seen . Very bad experience for the buyers . Same experience was during the building of the home . Lot of drywall inspection observations were ignored. I see the same with all my neighbors. Very bad experience. ... More

We are very pleased with Beazer homes especially their builder, Chris. Very pleased with the builder, he has responded to our every request with utmost professionalism.

The builder kept me up to date on all items and issues. During the construction of our home. Chris and Pam were courteous and helpful, and continues to answer any questions after closing. I would recommend Beazer Homes for both the customer service and quality of the homes.

Chris did a great job throughout the whole process. We had a couple of delays with product (Supply Chain) and he kept us up to date with weekly phone calls. Chris did a great job of explaining the process in the very beginning which was very helpful.

We appreciate all the team has done. We love our new home and have made lots of recommendations to friends for Beazer.

Highly recommended, our home looks incredible, it was made with high quality materials, they took care of every detail and even after the house is delivered they are still aware of every detail or concern that I may have. If you are thinking of purchasing a home, Beazer is the ideal company!

I have heard from others about how frustrating this process can be. I must say we didn’t experience any of this. Ne’taki and Tucker did what they said they would do every time. And that goes a long way. Ne’taki was very responsive even when she was not at work. Tucker kept us abreast of the building process every step of the way. Exceptional customer service! And we are loving our new home.

Ruben was great at communicating with us every week up until our closing date. Very happy with our first home!

Brady has been absolutely amazing. He always is friendly and ready to help with anything that we have asked. It is nice to know that there are people out there that care about doing a good job. Beazer is lucky to have such a great employee!!

Overall the entire build process with Beazer went really well right from the beginning. The sales process with Caroline was easy and hassle free. I really enjoyed the transparency to be informed on items such as all floor plan options available, pricing on additions and even a guide to upgrades. This helped tremendously in planning budgets and costs and determining affordability. I really liked their Choice options with give you the flexibility with the floor plan of making adjustments without having to pay additional for certain changes. Caroline was great at answering any and all questions we had and we felt well prepared to make our decision to purchase at the time of our meeting with her and then subsequently at the design center. We didn’t have that sticker shock moment you can have with other builders on what’s included and what isn’t from a standard vs upgrade perspective. The building process had its challenges that were beyond Beazer’s control due to outside factors with supply issues as well as other matters with the developer but I did like how Beazer kept us in the loop of what they could. With the supply constraints they got out in front of whatever they could and worked around as many issues as possible. Todd, our Construction Manager was great at that. He kept us informed and kept it honest with where things were which was a tremendous help when managing expiring leases and moves that we had to coordinate. No building process is perfect, especially with all the different trades that you are dealing with, but Todd’s approach and his attention to detail made me feel confident in the process. Any issues (minor) that would come up or we’d notice, he either would have already been in process of addressing or would jump on it quickly. This was our second new construction home loan purchase and I can say even with the delays from the outside factors, this process was much better than our first and I do think it had a lot to do with the transparency and way that both Caroline and Todd are and care about providing good service and a good product. We're pleased with the process as well as our home. Would definitely go with a Beazer Home again. There are some things that we would change with the process, but overall we are more than satisfied with our choice. If you are looking for a new build, Beazer should definitely be in your list of options.

We went with a new construction home by Beazer for our first ever home purchase. We also used one of their choice lenders and had a great experience. They were very communicative throughout the whole process, providing progress pictures every week and were always quick to respond to emails or phone calls. Eric and Lauren in the sales office were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Beazer Homes.

In consideration of supply issues, it took 1 year to complete the build/purchase of my home. Back and forth issues with sales team, I thought we were past the headaches, however, now that we’re in, and have warranty concerns, the headaches are back! Although some concerns were quickly addressed, the landscape, drainage to be specific, is an absolute nightmare. I’ve provided photos, videos (with time/date stamps)verbal, and written communication, including concerns notates in an inspection report, it seems they’re doing all possible to avoid correcting even after it was suggested French drains be added to correct the situation. They push a “48 hours of standing water” “”that’s our policy.” I’ve provided information that is over 120 hours to their warranty rep, yet the excuses continue. Proof is standing water, visual from their 3rd party reps viewing standing water, and they still do not want to make it right. 3 inspections, a hideous looking yard, front and back, I’m told what Beazer is doing is a favor. Unbelievable words to hear. It appears they would rather jeopardize my home, the value, a safety zone for my children and allow the issue to grow vs addressing in timely and honorable fashion. This is our first home with Beazer Homes and found that from start to finish they are very easy to deal with. Sales team - Carmine B. and Detra M. are both very welcoming and answered all of our many questions. Brett makes time for everyone even if its a quick question as he walks by our home, Tobi also is extremely helpful and available to us. Highly recommend Beazer Homes - Juniper Trails!

The whole crew was great, gave us update info all the time when needed. Lisa, Lauren and Eric were very helpful and made our experience wonderful. I am definitely recommending Beezer homes to family and friends in the future.

Beazer team was really helpful through out the process. Prompt and proper communication and updates were there. Always available to clarify questions. Great job team !

For the most part it was a good experience. My true rating would be a 4.5. I only wish the master shower was bigger. I asked for the option to change to the standalone shower in the master bath but this was a "spec" home. Also the communication regarding the closing date could have been better.

Todd, Caroline, and Brittney were all great to work with. We love our new home!

The quality of the tile work and concrete finish was really below standard.

Quality built home, love it!

We bought our house living out of the area and it was pretty easy from signing documents to follow up construction thanks to weekly pictures of our house construction. So far quality of delivered product has been great.
