We sent a letter to Corporate acknowledging the home buying experience for us. From start to finish, it was all positive. Attention to detail, knowledge of the building process and constant communication were key aspects to making the purchase of this home a positive one. Tim, head construction foreman, is the KEY to Beazer's success! Patti, sales, went above and beyond to provide us with information and to be sure we were kept informed every step of the way. We would highly recommend Beazer for the quality home produced AND the employees who ensure it is so.

Amazing experience from the beginning to the end.

What I liked most is Beazer made it a point to call every Wednesday. I did not need to build any Anxiety wondering what was going on with the build. They had weekly updates and they called close to the same time each week. I also could have very friendly conversations with them. Sometimes I would get excited and get a little chatty but they were never rude. They would listen and still answer every question that I asked a hundred times. I believed they really valued my business.

Beazer delivered a high-quality build with exceptional customer service. Shout out to Shannon, Jody, Alan, Jimmy, Justin, Brendan & Troy for making it positive experience from start to finish.

We're very pleased with our newly built Beazer home. From the moment we selected our plan until we were handed the keys, we felt our salesperson and the construction manager were responsive and did everything to make our experience fantastic.

The sales person Corey was the first person I met, and though some might say it was a sales pitch, his confidence and support in his statement "This is going to be your home !!" rang true throughout the process... The builder Carey, was phenomenal !!! Despite Covid and all it's restrictions, Carey faithfully kept me up-to-date every week on the progress of my home via videos and phone calls.

Everyone on the team was super helpful and courteous! John, the gentleman who oversaw the building process of my house, kept me up-to-date with the progress of my house every week. I loved receiving picture updates and well as information on how to care for every aspect of my house. Joel, the Beazer realtor, made the application process smooth and easy. Both of them were very quick and responsive to any questions that I had. Anything that needed to be fixed was fixed immediately and my concerns were addressed in a timely manner.
