The team at Beazer made buying our home easier and less stressful throughout the whole process. Matt was great during the initial purchase process and Harry was with us every step of the way during the construction process. Its true, they are cookie cutter homes with little options, but that helps keep the cost down. The homes are built well and I enjoy my home and nice sized lot. The discounts are very helpful. I got my moneys worth, so I'm pleased. I would buy another Beazer home.

The process was super easy and simple. The builders kept us up to date every week with photos of the home. It was great to see the building progress! Everyone was so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend these homes for anyone looking to buy for the first time or at all!

The homes from Beazer offer a great bang for your buck. The floor plans and the space you get for the price is hard to beat. New homes are offered in wisely selected locations, the neighborhoods are great and we couldn't be happier with our purchase in Mission Lane CA. The Beazer company obviously did their homework when they developed the Concord. Until we moved in we did not fully understand the perfect layout. We love our home. And just as important, Brett, the Beazer Construction Manager is better than I can put into words, except he cares and he expects excellence.
