From start to finish, the building process was outstanding. The purchase and selection portion of our transaction was expertly handled by Laura. She answered all of our questions and was extremely responsive, professional, and friendly. Our weekly update calls with Scott (On-site builder) were accurate, up-to-date, and informative. He was truly great to work with. Everyone from management to the construction crews were very helpful and friendly and strived to deliver excellence in service and end product. You won't be disappointed with your new Beazer home!

I was very excited to buy my new home and had and inspector to make sure everything was working and I was satisfied that sus pass my expectations

We love our home but the building process lacked timely/detailed updates, timeline, and customer service. Mike M. (our designated salesperson) was not very helpful and lacked the customer experience during the process. However, Stephanie Hassell was very informative during the process especially since she was not our delegated sales rep. She went above and beyond just due to her kind nature and personality.

It was bumpy at first and timing was delayed due to material insufficiency and so on. But overall moving in to our new home was amazing. Contractor put in every effort and work very had to get us into our home and a lot of appreciation goes to him (Kevin), kept us well informed and up to date and made sure we were able to close with no hiccups. Overall we love our home and lovely experience with Beazer homes.

Weekly updates with photos were informative and helpful. The walk through and explaining how the features and appliances work also helped.

All was great. Length of build was a little more lengthy than expected. Turquoise was awesome from start to finish and once we got Rich as our builder, it was over. Rich really help us

The buying experience with Beazer Homes is quite unique for me and my wife. We took over a house that fell back to the market. In other words, we did not have any interaction with Jeff when the house was being built under his supervision. There have been issues/questions since the move-in, and Jeff is nothing short of an amazing builder, not only being responsive to all my requests, but guiding us through each and every one of them. He either takes care of the businesses himself, or directs us to the right point of contact. Abe (the sales counselor) and Carlis (customer care) are brilliant to work with as well. Abe is very upfront with the purchasing process at Beazer Homes, and Carlis helps us reach out to contractors/companies accordingly. So far so good…we love our home and community!

This is our second Beezer Home . The first one we owned for 12 plus years . We shopped for close to 4 years for a larger home and decided to stick with a builder we know , and can trust . We continue to hear horror stories from our friends who went with other builders . Our home closed almost 2 months ago and we have had very little issues with the house ,and anything that does go wrong , they have a wonderful warranty system set up . You just call and someone gets right back to you . I have not needed the emergency numbers (i.e Gas leak , water leak ) but have them handy on a sheet they provide . Very happy with this purchase ... From negotiating the purchase agreement with Jim, to working through the construction process with Troy, and resolving a couple small post-purchase issues with the Customer Care staff, my experience with Beazer has been nothing less than excellent! Everyone has been knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Beyond the people, the quality of my Beazer home has exceeded my expectations.

Our home was a spec house. We walked in and fell in love. Beazer helped us obtain our financing too. Everyone we dealt with was very professional, nice and went out of their way to help us close on our new home. Thank you!

Just moved into a new home built by Beazer. I'm extremely disappointed at the quality of materials used and the lack of good quality assurance inspections. I owned previous homes built by Pulte and Ryan, and their quality is much better. A home priced at over half a million dollars should have top of the line construction materials and hardware. After moving in, I found out my A/C compressor was never connected (hence never tested). Once connected by sub-contractor, it didn't cool at all. Sub-contractor came back and found out valves were never opened. I paid $1000 for a car charger outlet and I plugged in my car, the voltage was incorrect. It was 120vac vice 240vac. The discharged side of the sump pump was placed 2 feet away from the foundation of the home, creating and constant loop of water going into the sump and being discharge, creating puddle on the backyard, which by the way is all clay. There are numerous homes with drainage issues that are not being addressed by Beazer. The community as a whole has huge problems with standing water after it rains and nothing is being done about it. I'm very disappointed with Beazer. If I could do it again, I would have spent my money elsewhere. ... More

I had not only multiple delays which I understood initially, but I consistently got wrong information and did not know what was correct and what wasn’t. I finally did close, but have yet to hear about some things in my kitchen that were not finished and can’t seem to get it touch with anyone.

We loved the whole experience with Beazer Homes. They were responsive, informative and inclusive during the entire building process. We told friends about the weekly updates and site visits and they were blown away by Beazer’s inclusive process. This process was miles ahead of our previous builder experience and we love the finished product. Great Job by the whole building & buying staff.

Beaver Homes came at time when we had given hope searching for a home, the reception was welcoming lead by Eileen, Nancy and Coop, they played a big role during the construction period with updates. I confidently recommend Beazer Homes to anyone interested, very professional!

The entire team and the process followed by Beazer was great! Starting from booking our home to closing everything is well organized and planned. Throughout the process, Beazer team shared regular updates and pictures of our new home and we were very impressed with the quality of construction. Overall it was a great experience!

Beazer stole us from Taylor Morrison thanks to Thuan. Thuan was amazing from the beginning and even now that we have been in our Beazer home for 2 months. Jake on the other hand was not pleasant to work with. From making excuses, lying, no communication like the paperwork said, to not Mentioning even the hiccups in building. Also with issues that were addressed that were never fixed and now us having to put in work orders to get them done even when we asked about them before closing. This is why I gave 3 stars. I recommend family and friends to Beazer but not deal with Jake but to try and get someone else. ... More

Finally found the right seller to buy my first home. Great management, easy accessible people.

From start to finish the staff in the office walked me through exactly what I needed to do to buy my dream home. They were very friendly and answered any and all questions that I had. There were some late emails or calls I may have sent and they were still there even after hours at times.I can’t imagine buying a home from noone else but Theresa and Joel, they are amazing.

Well informed throughout the building process. Would definitely recommend Breazer homes to everyone and anyone interested in purchasing a new built from the ground up home.
