My experience with this builder was great, Chris is passionate about making sure that the homeowner is deeply satisfied with their home. He’s attentive, professional and makes himself available. Although there were issues with my home (mostly cosmetics) that were of concern to me, whenever I notified Chris he was expeditious in placing the work order. Chris has excellent customer service skills and I appreciate him going above and beyond. Thank you for all that you do!

The overall experience with Chris (sales agent) in knowing the products and providing direction that was best suited for my situation. Going to the design and having the design specialist walk me through my design options and seeing it all coming together with Greg who help me understand the different aspects of the home during the different phases of the home be build. Beazer has been very efficient from start to finish so far. Information has been available regarding the entire process. While there were some minor issues as with any new build, they were quick to respond and correct. Mike W on the construction side has been very courteous and cooperative in getting things done when needed.

Kevin is such an amazing manager. He's good at communicating, updating, and answering everything and anything. Answering questions you didn't even consider asking!

Our experience with Beazer homes has been great. The construction manager was very helpful. In the design studio they are very knowledgeable and provided very valuable suggestions. If they have some kind of VR to show how our house looks after we finalize the upgrades it will be nice. After closing our builder took the time to help us with some of the small issues we had and was very prompt to follow up.Overall great experience.

Beazer offered many more options than other builders when I started the process of home shopping that suited my needs. The sales person was excellent! He listened to my requests and was able to sell me a house that was perfect for me. The builder who was overseeing my build was a pleasure to work with. He addressed my every need and my beautiful house is now a beautiful home. Beazer also offered many mortgage vendors to choose from so you didn’t feel boxed in. Great builder, excellent build, and exceptional staff.

Excellent communication, from beginning to end, since the sales representative to the construction manager, they were very diligent in all the aspects. I'm very happy to be part of this community.

It was overall a good experience. There were a few things that weren’t complete when we first moved in, but Greg Bickelhaupt and Josh Keltzer were quick to make sure everything was taken care of.

Out of all the builders in Devonshire, we decided to go with Beazer and we were not disappointed. You provided on every goal set and we love the quality and look of our home. Although this is not our forever home, we will definitely try to use Beazer for the next one.

The experience as a whole was great. Fast closing, friendly staff and the post buying with Wayne has been wonderful. This is our first winter so noticing it’s a bit drafty in the downstairs than expected. Thinking of replacing screens with another window.

We love our new home the Beazer team was great, knowledgeable, understanding, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Our builder David and our counselor Doug was on point with everything. Doug provided weekly updates on our progress. We needed a few updates and David was on it ASAP. Overall great experience for us.
