The process was easy and comfortable from start to finish, the digital tools were very helpful, as was everything, the advice of the Beazer Home team. I recommend Beazer Home, as a first option, when buying a property in the US. Surely it is one of the best and only companies, which gives you options to make changes at no cost, according to your tastes and needs. They have an excellent team of very professional people who are committed to their clients, in search of achieving the acquisition of a home. I can tell you that of the different construction companies that I visited, Beazer Home was the one that met all my expectations, in relation to price, value, quality, designs and external and internal finishes of the property, as well as and not least, The delivery of the house was made for the date that was planned, complying with the times, despite the delays caused by the pandemic. Frank was a great salesman, very professional and nice. He went above and beyond! Brittany at Thrive Mortgage by far the best lender I’ve ever worked with. Her Patience, knowledge , professionalism and overall star service stood out.

The whole experience after the initial signing of the contract was a headache. Home finishing quality is terrible, features that were expected from model walkthrough were not built in new home, bottom line no pride in their profession. After the housing shortage passes maybe they will have to actually present a better product.

We had the opportunity to work with Tina, Mike and Henry throughout our process and they have been nothing short of excellent in communication, updates and making sure all of our needs and expectations are met.

I love my new home, even though there were delays in delivery I feel it was worth it. I love new technology what's in construction. Estefanía

What stood out the most was that I had people to walk me through the home buying process. Staci, stayed engaged with us and reached out on a weekly basis. She found answers to all of our questions . Chris was also great in assisting with any issues.

Beazer homes has been amazing to work with from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, they made the process a breeze. They also got everything done incredibly fast and with beautiful results. We can not recommend Beazer homes enough!

The entire process from build to move in with Beazer has really been great. Our construction manager Jeff communicated with us throughout the entire build including after move in, and has been extremely helpful with any questions we’ve had. It was such a pleasure working with Liz and Bob. We were able to get everything we wanted in our home and we closed at the perfect time. Of course there were supply and inventory issues, but it wasn’t the end of the world.

The entire process was smooth. We had weekly videos of the progress of the house. Everyone is quick to respond when you have questions or want to make modifications. Phenomenal team to work with.

This is my first home buying experience. Of course i went with a great recommendation from my friend on choosing Beazer homes, Apparently they had a very good experience and build quality which pushed my interest in pursuing my purchase experience with Beazer. The sales was very good, very high expectations and had a smiling welcome. The build plan didn't start for 3 months and then slowly it moved inches and inches to get to a decent level. It took over all 12 months to complete a 3500 sq feet home. The builder had to give so many reasons for not completing the project on time. Design studio was excellent, compared to many other builders Beazer has an advantage of giving you options but it comes with high cost. I did get a hand full of upgrade in my home. Then the builder construction manager left the company in the middle of the project and provide me with a challenging builder. I had to follow up for every single task on hand to get him to complete the home. The most frustrating part was the closing date got postponed 4 times officially and 1 time unofficially. They dragged to the end to make my life miserable, i lost interest in enjoying into a new home moving. The worst comes next, due to poor quality they had to re-do painting for entire home and caused multiple delays, still now there are items that were promised to be done within 30 days has things unfinished. Now i call the supervisor, he would not pick up the call nor return the call back. Ultimatum- Called the warranty for any issues t home, registered a warranty complaint on window latch lock damaged. Its been more than a month i did my warranty claims, no one answered me nor checked on the issue. I have to pay money from my pocket to fix the issue as my family safety is my priority. Hopeless and careless administration and no customer empathy for the staffs who worked on my project. They were all keen on making money but not building the dream home of a hard working human. I would not recommend or buy another home from Beazer due to these poor and pathetic culture they have as a company. Some may disregard to read my entire summary of feedback. However there were some positives of this builder. When you put a feedback, they valued it and reached back to me to resolve it. The only way i could make my concerns heard was through the feedback. We love our new home at Gatherings. Beazer Homes age 55+ community is great. We have so many wonderful neighbors and new friends. A fun next chapter has begun for us here!!

During the building process, I stopped by regularly & observed the workers and contractors putting it together, from the foundation, and on through electrical, framing, and so on. As well, I had 2 different contractors I know and trust check it out, at different stages, including pre-drywall and pre-closing. They seemed to agree it was made well. Also, the customer service team including Liz, as well as the project manager Jeff, and currently the post-closing man Eric, have all been excellent in answering questions and keeping my wife and I in the loop. There have been some small issues that cropped up after moving, and the Beazer team and their contractors (windows, electrical) have been on top of them with prompt attention & professionalism. We are delighted with the home so far, and hope to live many wonderful years in it. ... More

The team was very thorough in the whole process from purchase to move in. The only problem is there is still some items outstanding especially my refrigerator and dishwasher. I’m waiting for some word on delivery date

The house is great quality built with great materials. Beazer outsources all their work to local/regional trades so the quality is fantastic. The actual Beazer team is where we hit all the issues. The communication was awful throughout the building process, we often received false updates and our house was delayed 4 months. They are unwilling to push or try to pivot anything. They just say "This is the way it is now". Other family members of mine have used other builders during this same time and they all were completed on-time or early because beazers competitors made pivots.

Go for it. It's the greatest experience. I've developed relationships with the Ballard Green and Beazer Community. Wayne is Ther freaking best in every way....He CARES!!!!
