She is truly a pro at getting things done

My experience was great. Cathy was greatly helpful. She makes everything looks easy. so helpful. On the first day, I enter her office she makes me feel welcome, and she makes my first-time buyer experience worth everything. I thank God for her. I pray that God will bless her.

This was our first home-building experience which made my husband and I extremely excited about the opportunity. Also, extremely nervous as we didn’t know what to expect. It was April of 2021 when we decided to sign up for this adventure. And what an adventure indeed. Everything was "hurry up decide" only to make us wait. This should have been our red flag and should have walked away. Unfortunately, because of the housing market, we didn’t have too many options. We were told on Saturday to hurry and decide by Monday if we wanted to buy the house, or we would have to pay a higher price for the house after Monday afternoon. We were told on Friday to decide on finishes for the house that day without looking at all the options/costs upfront. A final decision was needed by the next Tuesday. Again, not knowing all the options and costs. We were told that the house could be finished by November, but a more accurate date would be December, just to end up being finished by end of March. We were continuously told that new buyers are being told 18 months until closing now. As if that would ease our concerns. Our lease was up in December, and we couldn’t even give our landlord an exact amount of time for an extension. Thankfully they were very understanding and allowed us to extend until March 31st at which point, we were on pins and needles not knowing if closing would happen before that. We did have weekly phone meetings for updates most of which were this is delayed or that will happen this week for a couple of weeks. It was amazing to see how we were told of the drywall walkthrough meeting one day, but the actual meeting didn’t happen until 6 weeks later. Don’t get me wrong, the house is super beautiful – still needs a few items to be completed – very spacious and good quality. Unfortunately, we had more anxiety than enjoyment which is not what you want to experience your first time. If timeframe is not an issue for you, if you have your housing situation settled and no deadline to move out, I recommend Beazer home 100%. If that is not the case, make sure that you understand that a 3-to-4-month delay in the estimated closing time is going to occur. Covid surely didn’t help and the great resignation either. However, I’ve been told by other new build homeowners outside of Beazer that this is not the case for them. Not sure how accurate this info is. But of course, you will pay more, I’m sure. Good luck. Our experience with Beazer Homes has been positive from the beginning when we first met with our new home counselor, and throughout the building process, and continues to be positive now that we have moved in. Beazer has wonderful people working for them- our new home counselor Rob and our builder Marc have been so helpful and have made this transition easy for us. Our new home is so beautiful and we love the new community. We could not be happier.

From start to finish it was an easy and fun process for the most part everything was on schedule and we were kept informed from start to finish!

Normally, I will give a 3 star based on my experience before and when I moved in. But my experience after I moved in has been superb. Especially with the help of the warranty guy named - Jackson. He is an outstanding guy. Always ready and willing to help with all my issues. He has made sure that everything I wanted was done and done promptly. I really wane give a shout out to Jackson. He is awesome!!!

Tiffany and Will kept me well informed throughout my homebuying process. They were always there for questions or called back soon there after.

Everything good i like Bezer house

Great customer service from beginning to end from both Turquoise and Jake. They both communicated well with me on the process of my home. Jake explained everything in detail during and on the last walk thru on what us as new homeowners needed to do to enjoy the new and safety of our home. Thank you Turquoise and Jake for such great customer service.

We love our new house! Ryan and Brewer were awesome! Scott from the mortgage company was great too.

My experience with buying a Beazer Homes was made easy because of working with Missy she has great people skills, and she did a fantastic job making the process go as smoothly as possible she was very thorough in explaining and and she shepherding me through the whole procedure and was with me from beginning until I took possession and still remains helpful if needed.

Laura and Scott guided us through the total homebuying process from start to finish. Tours of the house during several phases of the build gave me total confidence in Scott’s ability to manage the build process. From the beginning to the end, the builder team was GREAT. Rob and Joel kept me updated during each phase of the project. I loved that I was able to go to the design center and pick out what I wanted (so many choices to choose between). I really appreciate Rob for responding back quickly with any questions I had. This was a GREAT experience and SUCCESSFUL outcome. I love my home.

Am loving my new home so far! Looking forward to the community and all the amenities being finished and to meeting more neighbors. Love the Sherwood floor plan!

This is my second Beazer home. From the initial decision to put in an offer, to the building, and the post closing experience, it has been a wonderful experience. Chris, Caroline and Brian did such a awesome job! I would absolutely recommend Beazer.

We started working with Stephanie H a couple month into our home building process and she made the whole process so much easier. My wife and I were building from across the country so of course we had a lot of anxiety that went along with that, is everything getting done? What are timelines looking like? Stephanie was amazing with the updates, sent weekly update pictures, called and texted updates when needed during and outside of business hours. We had few things to be done after the closing and the builder promised to get them done as quickly as possible. It is now more than one and half month still they has not been a lot progress in completing the pending items. We had delays in the past but we understand 2021 was crazy for many of us and I totally understand your situation but now after I moved to the property I would be wanted everything to be done as quickly as possible. I would not like to live in an incomplete house. Off late there I did not see any responses or if there was one it is obviously very late when ever I reach out to builder rep. ... More
