The entire team at Beazer was outstanding. Nancy and Ruben were always available to answer any questions I had. Throughout the process, I received frequent updates and pictures of my new home. I was very impressed with the quality of construction for both the cosmetic items that you see and more importantly, the structural things you don't see once the house is built. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

After moving in there has been issue after issue. Details. I recommend bringing your own “blue tape” at the walk through and “take your time” to catch ALL issues. Leave no corner. I’m still finding things that if not repaired will lead to huge expenses. I was told they would come back they didn’t. My cabinets don’t close all the way, stairs are not even, paint caked up in areas… my neighbors have shared similar issues. Where is the quality control? Stop throwing these homes together and start checking these things.

I looked at a few other builders and the care Joel took to walk me through model homes and listen to my needs to supply ideas on how different floor plans could work was great right from the start. Once my home was being built he and John really knocked it out of the park in terms of providing updates and options. Even during a tough time in building with delays and selections not being available they were upfront and tried to give advice and listen to any questions or concerns I had. When my oven/stove was going to delay closing they were able to work with the main company to find another way to get it in before closing. Highly recommend working with this team at Beazer! ... Terrible experience with Beazer leadership team

During the follow up meeting Chad was able to fix a lot of issues we had and provided an exceptional service. I got all of my questions answered and builders did an amazing job building my house with care. Thank you team!

Overall quality of the home is good. Engineer on duty is very responsive in answering any questions we had during the construction process.

This is our second home with beazer, so we are very familiar with the home buying experience. Once you find the home of your dreams, beazer in this case Stephanie helped us with finding lenders and guided us through the process. We asked and was given the answers we needed. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. All went well.

The building staff at Beazer were so easy to communicate with. We had no problems with them. Both sales Mark and Builder Mark were wonderful. Both answered any questions we had and were more than willing to answer any questions. Everything was on time too. They worked so hard to stay on target. They also communicated with us each week, letting us know the progress of the build. It was a very smooth experience. We all appreciated all of the hard work they put in. Thanks Beazer.

All others are very professional too but I deal mostly with Matt. When Matt is very honest, he remembers his discussion with you at anytime. He is an asset to Beazer home. He is always very attentive and very assessable. Answers his calls and return calls even during his off time.

Thanks to Bob, Ruben and Melissa for a great home buying experience. The quality is better than I expected and the team at Beazer is very helpful after you buy the house. They help with all questions and needs after you buy the home.

The entire BEAZER team were great to work with. Being an out of state buyer, the weekly updates and dialog kept me up to date on progress and kindly addressed my questions and were understanding in being my eyes and ears though the building process. True professionals in the home building industry.

Mr. Wayne is awesome! He had the things that I request to be fixed before I closed done before closing. He also continues to be more than helpful after closing. He has gone above and beyond as a contractor!!! Thank you Mr. Wayne!!

Jeff in the sales office did a great job explaining all the options available through Beazer and at the community, and walked me through each step of the process. The builder Wayne was always available to walk me through my new home during the entire construction process, and was genuinely proud of the product his team was building. Wayne, Jeff, and Dennis continue to be available when I have questions about my home after move in. The warranty center has addressed all of my minor concerns/questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Beazer and their communities.

Great experience from my first meeting with Turquoise to my last walk through with Jake! They delivered on what was promised and made my first home buying adventure fun. I love my home!

I like the fact that Beazer has homes that you don't have to bid for, they give the exact price of the home and they have 3 different lenders to choose from. However, sometimes their customer service do not resolve issues right away, I have an issue with my A/C unit outside of my house that needs to be taken care of and have been waiting longer than three weeks for service.

Staff is very knowledgeable about what each of the style homes had to offer.

my experience was better that i expected.

Our home was not even close to what was originally scheduled which created quite the financial burden on us as we had to move twice, pay for storage and overpay on short-term leases. Now that we are in the home we have an array of issues from flooring, sub-flooring, poorly installed cabinets, damaged tiles, roof leaks, damaged countertops, drywall cracks/water damage, incorrectly installed doors…the list goes on…we are essentially living through a renovation vs the turn-key home we were expecting. A recurring issue we’ve had to keep addressing is our driveway being blocked countless times by construction workers which is a safety concern - there should be designated parking for them. The loud music is frustrating as we work from homes and have to take calls with blaring music across from us. We’ve also caught workers using our water to fill buckets + wash their hands which makes a mess and has hiked our water bill. We’ve been told they have designated areas - prob should be communicated daily. The only silver-lining has been our warranty support Jackson. He’s been incredible and super responsive and supportive through this experience. Truly world-class service. He should probably get promoted as he goes above and beyond, is so knowledgeable and acts with integrity on helping us get things done right. I appreciate his flexibility in inspecting and checking in on the work as it gets completed and pushing back on contractors to make sure things are done right. If it wasn’t for him and the trust he’s earned (following our pre-move experience) this would probably be an even worse experience than it already is. The over all Beazer home crew in goodyear arizona did a great job communicating the step-by-step process of having the house built. My hats off to Jaci who had no problem going out of her way to answer all ? We had.

Brian was very helpful, informative and communicated our concerns and questions very professionally and friendly. Any questions he couldn't answer he was quick to find the answers for us. He was with us from beginning to end ( 1 yr) from the time we pre-qualified, picked our lot, construction to handing us our keys. He was awesome.

As any new homeowner we were concerned with how Beazer would be after our home was delivered with several item incomplete, would then put us on the back burner, I can honestly say that Justin has not only come through with the promises that were made but gone out of his way to insure that our concerns were addressed and we would be taken care of. Kudos on there customer service after delivery

When I first visited a Beazer model I fell in love with place design, layout and options. They are a step up in design and they try hard to ensure you’re informed during the home buying process, every step of the way. They also have quality checks in place to ensure the customer is satisfied with the progress. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Beazer Homes to family and friends!
