When we just walked in the model home for the first time we even hadn’t decided to buy a new house. But sales person was very nice and very efficient. He answered all our questions, showed every corner of the house with the patient. After some months he followed us offering some beautiful houses as my dream. Then we decided to build a house. The entire process of the building house was so easy and fast. The house was ready exactly the time he promised me despite of the COVID-19. The builder was also super nice. Being out of state, it was definitely more challenging; however, Beaver made our experience pretty seamless. We were continuously updated with the status of the build. It was very easy to make decision especially with the exceptional standard features. Great Experience Overall!
