We loved working with the entire team at Beazer, our home buying experience couldn’t have gone better. Lisa Stiles as our salesperson was amazing! She was very helpful, many times she was answering questions on her days off and never making an issue of it. Jill Johnson was the lead superintendent and I love the fact that she was in charge of building our new home, Jill took care of every issue we had and went way above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout the entire process. Ryan Villani was the assistant superintendent and he was a joy to work with also. Ryan did so many extra things for us I can’t even count them, even helping us move our new refrigerator in our house 2 weeks after we closed. My windows needed some adjustment and Nathaniel from Cutlers Home Improvement fixed them. He was great! Laura and Scott always help me quickly if there is a problem.

We like Mike, he is an awesome guy. We interacted with him in relation to the pest control situation and he gave some good tips that resolved the issue altogether. He is also always willing to help when we see him around in the community! His customer service skills are great!

Overall realtor and builder kept us up-to-date on a daily basis regarding our construction and walk with us every step of the way until closing. We really enjoyed our building process. It was a little slow (60 days) to get things started and pour our foundation, but once they got rolling things starting to fall together really quick. From the day our foundation was poured until we closed it was 90 days, so that part went quick. Anytime we addressed an issue during the building process that we noticed it was corrected quickly. Janel and Keith were great to work with and kept us informed.

Overall Beazer Homes has been great in terms of communication, updates on progress during the course of construction and they were right on time as they promise regarding construction schedule to the way to closing despite the pandemic. Punch items were acted and completed with no issues. Just need a little patience.
