Few items need to be addressed.. sent email out but no reply I’ll keep waiting I guess

Excellent home, great service

From the moment we stepped into the Beazer Sales office and models, we were approached by a team of caring Beazer representatives. Shannon and Joann were helpful in pointing out the differences between Beazer Homes and other builders in the area, the integrity of the pre framed stud walls and fantastic insulation to the team assigned to help us once we moved into our home but have been available for support throughout the buying process. Some of the people that assisted us were Troy in design and options to customize our home, Tim the construction supervisor, Jeremiah handling any touch ups and product inspection and Todd too of course. These are not only the people that have assisted us in our new home but just a few of Beazer representatives that have made our new house a home. With the exception of COVID shortages, which caused a delay in many aspects….everyone at Beazer was very helpful, attentive and quick to respond to issues or concerns.

All on-site Beazer reps (from sales to construction) were beyond professional and responsive in ensuring that all stages of the buying process (to include the end product) met our expectations.

Booked the house in Aug 2021 with pre-defined design options and the house was closed on schedule in March 2022. House has been built to agreed specifications and design options. Minor corrections notified during various inspection stages were resolved appropriately. Overall home buying experience with Beazer was peaceful and satisfactory.

Sales team was great but once the money changed hands there has been very poor to response for making requested repairs!!

We were initially a bit hesitant, nervous, & skeptical about our home buying process. We didn’t know what to expect & didn’t know if we would feel rushed or uninformed. Thankfully, we received more than what we expected! From the very beginning Donnie has been exceptional! He kept us very informed with every single detail throughout the process. He’s extremely professional, punctual, & empathetic! Not just up until we closed, but he’s remained the exact same even afterwards. We are just so incredibly grateful & so excited that we chose this community!!!!

This was the first time we had built a home so we were a little nervous about it. The entire process was pretty smooth and I feel like we got everything we wanted. We were very specific with our wants and we love our new home so much. Our builder Chris was great and always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Beazer.

Brady was extremely helpful throughout the entire process

While we love our new home, the entire experience was diminished by not being able to construct a fence. Before contracting, we asked about fencing our yard as this was one of our top priorities when choosing a lot and a builder. We were ensured this would not be a problem. Unfortunately, we were told by the city after closing on our house that we would lose over half of our yard if we were to fence it in. This ruined our entire experience as we invested a LOT of money for a home we now are unhappy with. While this has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the home or the initial homebuying experience, it's important for other families to know before investing in their home. ... More

I am a first time homeowner and the process has been super smooth, thanks to Javier and Russell. Javier stood out a lot! Why? First of all, Javier is best customer service representative you will ever find on the market. Super helpful! He goes above and beyond to assist you with your needs! Even if it’s something not associated with his specialty, he will find a solution to get the job done for you. Definitely will but again from Beazer homes. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Great home buying experience with Beazer homes. They had a good team and were very prompt in keeping us updated with the delays.

Customer service is good, followups for warranty is good

The entire process was easy. Communication flowed seamless and I was kept fully informed throughout each step. My house was beautifully constructed and met my ask. I was beyond pleased with the final product.

The realtor Harry, the builder Joe and the design center people were awesome. Beazer homes kept their promise. The contract price never changed, despite the fact that the prices of all building materials went up tenfold nationwide . I am living in my beautiful Beazer home and I am loving it. I wanted to buy a second Beazer home 2 weeks ago, but I didn’t qualify because Beazer does not sell to investors in that subdivision. I have recommended Beazer homes to my friends and family.

We had a great experience working with Beazer Homes! While the specifics for the house were pre chosen, we were impressed with the communication throughout the process. All of our questions and concerns were addressed immediately and we were content with the entire process.

The builder is responsive and helps fix issues quickly

Well, I recommended you. But I think you can improve on the construction time.

The sales/management team was excellent. Very understanding and compassionate towards situations out of the normal circumstances. As a first time buyer, we had an excellent experience.
