We are very pleased with our experience buying a house with Beazer Homes. We started looking for houses and inquired with Beazer Homes just before March of this year. From start to finish, everything went smoothly on their end. Sure, there were some bumps in the road due to the COVID-19 global pandemic and the struggles we endured selling our San Diego home- we almost backed out of our Beazer home for that sole reason. However, they really worked with us and were the most understanding, helpful, and patient team. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Super happy with my dream home.

Chad, Matt, and Angelo have been great! They attended to all issues I had/have! My wife and I are very pleased with how we’ve been serviced thus far! Quality of the home, paint job to be more specific, did not meet my expectations. I opted for the upgrade in paint, but now wish I would’ve stayed w their base and just have someone else come out and put better quality paint on.

Samantha made my first home buying experience stress free. The process was straight forward and very organized. Big thank you to Ricardo, Mike, Steve, Colin, and Luis for being very helpful, attentive and informative throughout the process as well!

As a first time homebuyer the process was smooth. The builder not only did two walk throughs but showed me how my home works and gave tips on how to maintain my new property. The home is beautiful and cost efficient.

We had great experience from start to the finish. The builder, Manager and design home all experiences were amazing. We get to customized every single thing at the design studio and was amazed how it turned out to be. The builder was always in contact with us about the house. even now, if i have questions after moving in, he is right there to help me out. The staff and the builder go extra to help you out with anything at Bethesda Heights.

So far loving my house

This is a superb quality build. The townhome is solid, well insulated, sound proof, temperature controlled, i.e. when windows and doors are closed there is no awareness of heat or cold from the outside. The professionals are exactly that, intelligent, sensitive, flexible, courteous and knowledgeable. Extremely Satisfied!

From the 1st time we looked at Bishop's Landing our experience was amazing. Shannon in Sales went above and beyond to assist in selecting our perfect home. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, when it came time to build we were unable to watch the build in person. Rob our project manager was awesome, he kept us updated with weekly photos and detailed descriptions during each stage of the build. Even though Rob had many homes going up at the same time ( all in different stages), he was always only a text away to answer any questions or concerns we had during the build and after closing, making us feel as if we were his only customer. This was my first home buying experience and in 3 day’s I looked at 34 homes. Beazer was the only one who cared more about what we wanted than just trying to sell us the home. We initially looked at a home and didn’t like it. Sarah said that she could show us one that wasn’t listed online because it sounded more like what we wanted. It was. Sarah was extremely helpful along the way, even when it came to working with my out of town mortgage company. Bill was extremely helpful with the in home stuff.
