We chose this community for a reason, perfect location and most importantly a great builder. The sales team, interior design center and general contractor were great, there was always communication throughout the building process. Overall it was a very good experience.

Nice home but Beazer fell short in execution of the process. Communication was poor, closing delayed multiple times, and home not fully complete when closed. Warranty follow-up is poor also.

There were lot of outstanding issues with when Beazer hand over the home and they missed lot of upgrade options that we opted for. You need to pay much attention throughout their construction process .

Ashley and Mike were a pleasure to work with throughout the purchase/building/ closing processes. They were constantly updating us on the progress of our home build---they were direct, honest and accurate. Brian & Paul were great to work with in Chalk Hill Celina. There were a few issues after the home was completed. They are doing their best to complete them. It's a tough time to buy a home right now. I did go through the mayhem and it was not as bad. This is a good company that does what they say.

My home was built within the six months promised, the sale went smoothly and the sales rep Brian was very helpful and prompt to respond when I had questions. However, Beazer’s contractors are somewhat slow to get small repairs done that were not caught during walk-through. I have several that are still pending.

Overall the home buying experience was great. The team was phenomenal leading up to the closing. Since closing I’ve experienced some issues. When addressing these issues it’s been less than acceptable. Random people showing up at random times to fix things. Zero coordination done prior to folks stopping by the house at random times to fix items. Additionally, the paint and painter used in our home, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. My child could do the same job with water colors.
