My experience with Beazer homes was one of professionalism, patience, education, and consideration. Josh was the sales representative for Union Park. I met with him and discussed what I was looking for in a home, along with the type of neighborhood I would like to raise my daughter. Foruntauately, for me, Josh had a house that was in my price range and sat on a great lot. Josh was very accommodating, answered all my questions in regards to the area that I would move to in the near future. I never felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman when talking to Josh; he made sure I was pleased with everything. He even suggested for me to use their in-house mortgage consultant Ana. I was hesitant at first, thinking I had already secured a better rate with another lender, but I gave Ana a call and thank god I made that call. Ana is superb at her job, although she works at a large bank, she does not treat you as just another number. She was understanding and patience with me, walked me through the process, along with what to expect at every stage of the lending process. She made sure to explain everything to me in detail. She was fantastic. This my first time purchasing a home from this builder so I did not know, how well they stood by their product until I met Chris. I conducted my walkthrough with Chris to identify any discrepancies before I close on the house. The walkthrough with Chris highlighted a few things about him and the builder. First, he showed pride in the home as if it was his own, anything that I pointed out he made sure to take care of it for me. The items were mostly cosmetics. Second, he was very professional, astute to my needs and concerns. Third, the pride that Chris showed me throughout the walkthrough sessions display the same pride and diligence that the company puts forth into their product. Lastly, after closing, Chris called me several times to check and made sure I was satisfied with the home. We loved the idea of a duplex where the lawn was taken care of, all we did was live. I had some concerns about the noise level from a neighbor separated by a wall, but I saw the sound proofing methods used and knew that it would be a quiet house. Everyone was helpful from the sales to the closing. I love the value and comfort of the house and know that we will spend many happy years living in our wonderful new home.

We are so glad we bought our home through Beazer! Service has been nothing short of extraordinary! We’ve been living in our new home now for a few months and everything is still just as wonderful. Dave and Jerry were both excellent! Along the way, Dave was attentive to the whole process and went the extra mile, even though he didn't make any money on our deal because another agent’s name was on the deal. He went out of his way to grab keys for us when needed, he gave my extended family members tours of the model home when they came to look without us. He even sent us some beautiful photos of the property that were taken. I'd also like to recognize Jerry for his outstanding service. I NEVER would have expected such an attentive, kind, professional and thorough GC. Jerry is absolutely the reason why I would tell everyone I know to buy a Beazer home! He provided us with detailed and thorough updates as our home was being built, which we greatly looked forward to. He has impeccable attention to detail and make sure each of the contractors performed their job to the highest quality. He even noticed little details that we didn't even see! He informed us of every inspection and the results of each. When there were minor issues (the cleaners scuffed the baseboards with their vacuum), he made sure that things were fixed promptly. He even accommodated our specific requests and never made us feel bad for our questions. He did an extraordinary job at keeping the construction on track so that we could move into our new home by Christmas. On top of it all, he made us feel so special the entire journey. Just recently moved in. Still quite a few lots available. Construction still ongoing nearby. The noise though is not that bad. Safety is also good and so far no issues. The actual construction was quite quick. Just feel like there are some minor things that could've been done perfectly. The sales person easy to talk to, as well as the builders. Can8say much just yet as still new here. HOA took forever to send information but will see if it's just a little hiccup. Overall, I would recommend them. I hope everything goes well the longer we stay here as far as the foundation and construction of the house. ... More

I am new homeowner to Beazer homes. We were impressed with their beautiful great room and the flow of the house. It was exactly the house we were looking for as our new family home. Their Mortgage Choice option was also a great way on selecting the best lender. I was there every step of the way during construction and it was quite an experience seeing your new home built from start to finish. Just like everything else there were a few concerns but overall the house looks beautiful, and we are very happy with our new home. We had a great experience working with Beazer Homes throughout the construction. We were especially impressed with our builder, Todd H. He took care of use each step of the way.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The initial visit to the sales center provided the information I needed to make an informed decision. At the design center, I had plenty of options to choose from to design MY home. Throughout the build process, I was kept completely informed of progress, and was welcome to bbn visit and ask any question.

Ruben has been very responsive and always has provided excellent customer service.

Make sure you look at ALL of the available upgrades BEFORE you purchase. I would buy from Beazer, again, they build a very solid, nice home.

Garrett took excellent care of extended needs after closing, concerning additional repairs.
