This is the 4th new home I have purchased and this was the best experience I have had. The follow up from everyone at Beazer has been exceptional, especially my Sales Rep and the Super on the site for construction.

during the final inspection, the inspector showed me everything about the home and give me some useful suggestion. like how to clean and maintain bathroom and kitchen.

From the first interaction with our sales representative through to closing day, we felt that we were in good hands with Beazer. We had friends who recommended the neighborhood, and Beazer had the model and lot that we wanted. The buying process was really streamlined, and no pressure. We really appreciated the insight the design rep brought when we were picking out all of our features, her input was really helpful to ensuring that our vision for the look and feel of our home was realized. We opted for a delayed delivery, and again our sales rep did a great job of keeping us informed of the upcoming schedule. We did end up working with a few different construction managers during the process, but we always had ample opportunities to meet with them as the house was being built, and they were both quick to return any phone calls/respond to emails. Beazer also used an automated program that sent us weekly emails with pictures of the latest progress that had been made on the house. Since we were living a few hours away at the time, that was awesome, and we now have an album of photos from just an empty lot to our beautiful finished home. When we first started looking at potential places to build our retirement home, we did not anticipate jumping in with both feet so quickly, but because Beazer had the right lot, in the right neighborhood, coupled with their amazing, hands-on team, it was an easy decision for us to pull the trigger. ... We are so happy we went with Beazer Homes and were able to acquire an excellent lake view lot. The quality of our home surpassed our expectations and we were fortunate enough to have an excellent Builder on-site to take us through the process, who really has a passion for his trade and cares about the homebuyers. I would definitely build again with Beazer if the opportunity arises and highly recommend them to anyone interested, you will not be disappointed.

Good building quality, great design. But very costly.

Looked at numerous new homes from many builders in Cane Bay and found we liked the house built by Beazer the best. The outside had clean lines with subtle accents and the inside had really nice finishing touches. A couple of really minor issues were noticed after we moved in, and the Beazer team on-site were very quick to come by the house to see if they could fix it right away. If they could not fix it then and there, they set the process in motion to remedy the problem as soon as possible. We would definitely buy another home from Beazer!

Any concerns and all questions were addressed at a timely manner. Always there when needed and made us feel like family.

Very friendly, Honest, Helpful. Every employee envolver in the process was kind and always answered any questions I had. If they didn’t know the answer they would find out and give me an answer in a day or two. Listen to their advice or suggestions they will help you make a better informed decision.

We are so happy with our decision to move into the Marshes at Cooper River. The buying process was super easy. They were flexible and worked with our schedule and we couldn’t be more happier with the neighborhood!
