Everyone with Beazer Homes has been very helpful. I am very satisfied with my new house.

Nice people and easy process everything was smooth

Had a great experience with Beazer Homes and their employees. Nicely built within a fantastic neighborhood. They have the best employees who go out of their wat to help and assist the buyers. Would defiinitely recommend!!

Closing went very well for us,and we our from out of state,everyone worked with us and we closed in about 3 weeks.Of course there are a few minor problems,but they answered our calls right away and fixed the problems.

Good service all round

Right from beginning I got very good inputs from sales rep although I was new to home buying. I visited few houses that were being built at that time to get better idea of different options in the house. Design center was also helpful and the house was built right on time! Would recommend it to others!

Ask as many questions as you need and they’ll answer the best they can! Enjoy the whole journey from picking your lot to closing day! Beazer is a great builder and we are excited to create new memories in our new home.

The quality of construction is exceptional. We are very satisfied now that we have moved in.

Think about an extra power outlet outside the back of the house. Our model the Camden could have used an electric outlet in the washer/ dryer room as well

It’s all in the details. From the start, we were impressed with construction techniques and materials. Durning the build process we were updated as different projects were completed. As with all homes their are always going to be touch ups or blemishes that need to be addressed, and they are handled quickly with satisfaction being important. We would have no issues recommending Beazer as a go to company, and have already shared with friends the up side of our choice.

My Overall Experience With Beazer was really great.... Picking my options and what was standard and what upgrades I able to choose to make my home complete make it my own with the available choices i had was really Awesome Thanks Beazer

Every one at Beazer was a pleasure to work with. Very professional, prompt and do what they say. My home was completed on time. We had a couple of minor issues which they fixed right away.

The service from the salesmen at Beazer Homes Union Trails development was excellent. Tiffany and Carmine, the two salesmen, provided excellent service and care. They made sure I was kept up-to-date throughout the entire process of purchasing and building my home.

This is my 2nd home from Beazer. Their is a reason why I let bulder build a house for me for the 2nd time. They are reliable and have a good quality homes. I am happy with my home.

Their customer service are the best of all companies I've dealt with, they are very friendly and courteous.

My husband and I have been looking for our perfect retirement home for over a year and found it with Bella Vita Gardens in Myrtle Beach! The garden home checked off all of our "have to have" boxes! Jenny was so nice to work with and Matt fixed any minor details before closing! Can't wait to retire so we can enjoy our home and explore the South!

I love my Beazer home. The process was easy and so far every single person from Beazer homes has been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly

We knew that building a new home from a distance of 1,000 miles away would be challenging but the challenges came later. We loaded up our new home with lots of extras but the construction crew banged out our house like the other cookie cutter homes and forgot to add the extras we purchased like upgraded molding on windows and baseboards, upgraded tile shower, stainless vent hood. The installed fiberglass shower had to be ripped out and they left behind damaged walls when new tile shower was finally installed correctly, microwave that we did not want was installed so that had to be ripped out and backsplash redone. I could go on and on. If you just want the cookie cutter house they build you will be happy but we opted for a lot of the extras they offer and it has been very challenging getting the house completed the way we want it. Beazer in a big hurry to close on homes to get their money but not in a big hurry to fix issues after closing that need addressing. After closing, their contact people at the property never answer voicemails or texts. They have moved on to the next group of homes that need to get finished and closed. I am sure all of our issues will be addressed eventually after submitting them multiple times to the Beazer warranty department. ... More
